I started playing in April (05) and have progressed pretty quick to shooting under 100. I saw the Nike TA DD's at Sam's Club for $7.81 a dozen. In the last rounds I've played with them I've fit straighter anf farther then ever. I've also hit the greens alot better from the fairway. For the money this is is steal for under $8.00! On top of that durability is great. Nice ball, great performance and price.

As I've said in previous reviews, I'm in the process of evaluating different balls in order to find lower priced alternatives to the Pro V1, which I really like. So far, the Nike Tour Accuracy DD is the best of what I have found. I was pleasantly suprised at the long distance off the tee with this ball. My driver swing speed approaches 105 mph and the DD was as long, or even slightly longer, than the Pro V1. I also really liked how the ball felt off my irons and it stopped on the green. Admittedly, the spring greens are still soft but at most, it's one hop and a few feet of roll. I also achieved significant back-spin with my wedges. The other great thing with this ball is its durability. Last week, I could have played the whole round with one ball if it weren't for the fact that I lost it in the rough on hole 14. All in all, a great ball for my game and a good value given its durability. Not cheap but cheaper than Pro V1.

i've only used one box of these but its my favorite ball yet. i use consumer grade titleists and strata most of the time and the nikes are much better. longer off the tee, less spin off long clubs. perfect feel and sound. they are very durable, which is my only complaint about precept balls, which are destroyed after one hole. i've got to find me more cheap nikes.

This is the ball that I've switched to (from the TW) after some real thought about what works for me. I've hit the longest drives of my life (a true 300+ yds) with this ball. While i liked the trajectory of the TW, the DD simply performed better for me. the slightly firmer feel on the greens has been an easy adjustment to make. I've tried other premium balls (Pro V1, V1*, Maxfli A10, etc.) but the Nike TA's work best for me. I find this ball easier to keep in play, and consistently longer than anything else I've used. It seems to have less spin than others in its class (especially the Pro V1 and the A10), yet it will still hold the green on an approach. You've got to use what works for you, period. Now with the new TA2's, these are a steal at most shops, so give them a try - you won't be sorry!!

One of the better Balls I've used. I think that there are equally good balls for less, at least for my game. Good feel, reasonable spin. Try em.

Hey retard from Canada... That was pretty unamusing, and judging by your grammar. And you also dont need to lie about your golfing ability, its obvious to everyone that you are not a scratch golfer, if you were you would have written a real review. By the way, i dont know why people like you who are obviously about 13 years old, or at least have the mentality of one, go out and buy a ball that is made for better players, because I'd bet my house you shoot in the 100's. Maybe you should buy some Top-Flite's... theyre cheap and great for beginners who tend to lose balls in the woods a lot. Now on to a real review... I liked these balls, but not as much as the Tour Accuracy TW's, which in my opinion are the best on the market. Well it depends on what you like in a ball, if you like a little more spin, go with the TW's, if you like about 5 or so more yards distance, and are willing to sacrifice a little spin, go with the DD's. I find it interesting also that the Titleist Pro V1 got so much hype, and both the Tour Accuracy DD's and TW's were better... Titleist better start working a bit harder... watch out Titleist, Nike is hot on your trail.

This ball is one of the best out. Very long, great feel, and good trajectory. Spins well around the green and rolls well off the putter. My only complaint is the cover durability. One wedge shot and it has shear marks on the side of it, although better than the other Tour Accuracy models.

Great ball in all aspects. No real aspects. Was playing the Titleist Tour Prestige, which was great around the green, but short off the tee. The DD is long off the tee, long off the fairway with woods for par 5s, great with irons and terrific around the green. Lands soft, checks and roll. Solid cover too. No shearing. Highly recommend this ball.
