Two piece ball with moderately high spin and softness. The cover scuffs more easily than other 2-piece spin balls. I usually have to retire it after nine holes. It's a good performing ball as long as you don't pay more than $20 for a dozen.

Having worked at a golf course, I enjoyed the benefits of trying different balls. Out of the "Tour" category where spin and feel are important, this model of Slazi didn't shave as much as the EV spin, the Top-Flite Z-Balata, or the Wilson Titanium spin. The feel isn't terribly great on the putter, but that is expected with a non-balata ball. The HP2 Tour by Titleist is a close comparison but I feel the Slazi is a more consistent ball in terms of spin and feel off weird lies.

Good ball all around, no real flaws. Similar to Titleist HP2 Tour, but costs a little less usually. You can't go wrong.

I have found this ball to be the best all around choice for performance, durability and value. It delivers a soft feel around the greens yet keeps up with or surpasses the so called distance balls. I particularly like this ball because it stays put when it lands. I trap the ball and produce a lot of back spin on my medium to short iron shots. This ball takes one hop and stops where other, high-performance ""feel"" balls tend to get sucked way from the cup. I find that my distance control, short game and shot shaping skills are all enhanced by this ball. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to find one ball to stick with and improve their scores.

Titleist HP2 Tour performs in a similar manner but is not quite as soft as the Slazenger
