I got out late this fall to play 18 holes in the 46 degree weather and leaf covered golf course. Not wanting to lose a Titleist Pro V I found a Srixon Soft Feel Golf Ball in my bag. I do not know how it got there but boy was I in total shock with the performance of this golf ball. On all par 4's I had no more than 90 yards into each green. This ball jumped off my golf club and literally added on 20-30 yards to my Tee Ball.

As a side note I am a 8 handicap and my club head speed has been recorded at 104-108 mph.

This ball feels extremely soft off the golf club, it is extremely long and flies extremely straight. The downfall is that it does not spin into the green. Expect 10-20 feet release instead of 1-4 feet.

Driving accuracy and distance was unmatched by any other ball I have played. I shot a 79 that day but that can only be blamed on me for switching to the Titleist Pro V I on the par 3's. Every shot came up short of the green because I was used to the new distance I was getting from this Srixon Soft Feel. I put down the Srixon Soft Feel and just hit another shot since the course was empty and was pin high with that ball.

The only fault of this ball is it's ability to hold a shot. I could not trust it to hold a shot into a par 3. On the 18th hole my drive was about 320 and I had 70 yards left to the pin. I hit my Cleveland Gunmetal 53 degree wedge and the ball mark was 4 inches right of the pin; however, the ball rolled 30 feet past the pin.

I just bought two dozen of these balls today; however, I will only use this ball when the colf course is soft while playing competitive golf. It just does niot spin and will bounce like a rock off of a hard green.

The golf course I play in Golf League has very fast and firm greens. The PRo V I will not even hold these greens well and I had to order some used AAA Callaway Rule 35 Blue golf balls last year to hold these greens. No ball spins like the Calloway Rule 35 Blue. Only ball close is the Nike Tour Accuracy which is also not sold anymore.

Anyway, this Srixon Soft Feel is a sneaky long little golf ball and feels great off the club. For $15.00 a dozen it cannot be beat for the price. It WILL knock strokes off your game.

I LOVE THIS BALL. This is the sweetest feeling ball I have ever hit. Long and flies like it is on rails. Not a lot of spin, but much better control around the greens than Lady, Noodle, and other low compression balls. Looking forward to trying the Srixon 333 next.

I tried this ball a couple of years ago and didn't like it much. A buddy gave me a sleeve the other day and boy was I surprised. I shot 74 my lowest score on this course. This is a very good feeling ball and has a good cover. I'm planning on buying this ball next time I need balls.

I started using this ball after finding one and trying it two weeks ago. This might sound like a paid commercial but it is not. This past Sunday I had a Hole In one(9 Iron 138 Yards), today two birdies on the back nine out of a possible four. This ball will spin and check up,it is long and feels good off of all irons and fairway woods. A little strange coming off of the driver, but very effective. There is not a ball out there that I have not tried, but this one is a very good golf ball at a decent price. Worth a try. Oh by the way the last three rounds have been in the 70's with this ball.

The lack of spin on Driver keeps ball in play more often. For my swing speed (70) It keeps me close to players of higher speeds. Srixons technology and manufacturing are top rate.

Great ball. Much like the SOLO, with a little softer feel around the green. It's not a soft feel like the Noodle Spin, but not as hard as the Noodle or SOLO. I would give it a 5 but its not perfect.

I got these because I heard Srixon were good balls. This ball is a Titleist Solo plain and simple. I think the Solo sticks greens better though. This ball seems to release about 5-6 feet while I can back the Solo up. Very good ball though in the distance/feel market.

Even thought I've played nothing but Titleist for years, this is in the running for my favorite. It compares very well with the Titleist SoLo. The SoLo for me seems to hang in the air longer but I haven't seen any difference in distance between the two. Hitting both balls off the tee it really seems to depend on which one I hit the most square. The Srixon doesn't seem to have that "jump" off the clubface like other low compression balls, but this may be because it does seem to have a softer feel than the others I've tried. Great durability. Played 18 with the same ball and it still looked new. Also held the greens very well.

This is an excellent ball for someone looking for a distance ball with a soft feel. There are several new balls on the market featuring the soft compression - long distance characteristics. This ball will match the feel and performance of any. I think Srixon gets overlooked because of the more familiar names of Titliest, Maxfli, Nike, et.al. but this is as good or better & if you look at golf stores or on ebay you can get the Srixons at a much better price.

If you are looking for great distance and feel this ball is for you. Not that much spin but if know how to spin a ball you will be fine. Try them they work!
