I too liked the original HP Distance. Did you know that the NEW HP Distance in its new gold trim package is the old "Eclipse" ball? I checked with the company and they confirmed that the new HP Distance is the old Eclipse in a new package. What a rip off! Customer Service Responded quickly. I loved this ball off the tee, it went long. But, it sucked with the irons. I was at least one club short with all my lower irons. I can hit a sandwedge 100yd..with this ball i could hit it 70yd. I know it was the ball, because I took out wilson smart core distance and hit my sand wedge 100yd again. Similar Products Used: Wilson Smart Core, Nike Distance. |

I have tried many other brands but found that this ball has a good combination of soft feel and good distance. This is a straight distance ball that I can work. One of the best values on the market.
