I agree somewhat with the last guy, this ball is pretty boring. There is nothing exciting about this ball. It doesn't feel well, it doesn't fly far, boring to putt with. Man, talk about not adding confidence to your game, this ball is not even as good as an out-of-round Noodle ball! Save your money and get a better ball and help your game.

I got a pack of these balls for Christmas, so I gave them a try. These were some of the most dissapointing golf balls I have ever hit. If you don't like hiting rocks without any feel, then I suggest you look elsewhere. Although you do get insane distance with these balls off the driver, they lack feel and workability bigtime. Also, don't expect to be spinning these back to the flag. These balls are big and bulky, and inspire no feel or confidence for any decent golfer.

A ball that lives up to its billing. Maybe when I get better I will be able to get the true sense of a particular ball in all facets of the game, but for me, at this time, this is a great ball. LONG!! And also feels OK in all other areas, at least for me, for now. Of course, if you hit it wrong, it will go a LONG way in the wrong direction. The Black Jack is the same ball. Wilson had to change the name due to a law suit. You can guess by who!

Similar Products Used:

Titleist NXT Tour, a great ball as well. Precept U-TRI Tour and Strata, both also good but lack the distance potential of the Jack.

I bought a Jack pack when they first came out and believe it or not, I got my first hole-in-one! Great distance, great feel, great website!

Customer Service

Of course, the hole-in-one netted me some goodies from Wilson, but I'd praise this ball even if it hadn't!

"if you think your ball is long, you don't know Jack!" The jingle is true for me. I have been playing a Maxfli or the Noodle for the last year but this ball, by far, exceeds the distance of both. If you're looking for the LONG ball try this golf bll...no kidding. I also spin balance my golf balls and found that this ball putts with the best and feels like CONFIDENCE.

I got a 15 pack of these and went to the local course the next day. I noticed probably 6-10 yards in extra distance of the woods. The spin of wedge and short iron shots is good. With a middle iron i bounces 3 or 4 times and stops. SO its not the greatest ball if you have 180 yards to the pin. But I think the great distance and the fact that it bites right away with the scoring irons overcomes that aspect. Get some of these great balls for an excellent price.

This ball Flies! Hit a couple of drives over 300 yards. Had a bunch of drives in the 270 to 280 yard range. The ball does not hold the green as good as Strata Tour Ace or Pro V1 or other spin balls. But that's not what this ball is about. It gives great distance and does not cost an arm and a leg to play. Great ball and great marketing from Wilson.

Wow! does this ball carry... Have increased driver distance by about 15 yds. (280 yds. avg.) and irons by 10yds. (consistently). It is a 2-piece ball with an excellent, crisp, but not hard feel. Putts reasonably well and keeps its line. Is a very low spin ball, and is very good in windy conditions. Approach shots stick on average about 3 - 4 yds. from impact. Have put the ball up against the Titleist ProVx in informal tests (numerous times) and the cheap Wilson JACK will equal the ProVx in distance (my swing speed is 103mph.) BTW the Wilson Spark will give a little more increase in trajectory over the JACK but marginally for my swing speed. Mis-hits go significantly further with this ball than SoLo or ProV's
