Do not buy these shoes. I''ve had them for a month and I lose at least one spike and outer ring every time I play. I tighten them regularly and they still fall out. Mainly the two located on the balls of your feet. Dont buy them you''ll be spending your money on replacement cleats all the time.

These shoes look great and are very comfortable. The only problem is the fast twist cleats loosen easily (I've lost 2 with the outer rings). From advice seen here, I switched to black widow cleats. These seem to stay tight longer and the grip is so much improved that the rings really don't add much. I do recommend tightening the cleats after each round.

Customer Service

After the first cleat & ring on my second disappeared. I couldn't find the rings on the net so I called FJ cust support. They sent out a new set of blue rings and a bag of cleats free that I received within a few days. Excellent service.

I got these shoes about 2 mos. ago, and they have been the most comfortable I've ever worn. Love the extra traction and variable set up, but I have had some problems with the spikes coming out and losing traction rings. Otherwise, the shoes are great and pretty durable also.

Customer Service

I lost a spike and traction ring on the first round I played! Went back to the store and they replaced the spike, but told me that the rings were not available separately. I contacted the Canadian Rep for FootJoy, and he responded right away by sending another ring (through the mail), but was unable to address the issue of offering the rings for aftermarket retail. lost another spike/ring since, too, so the problem appears to be somewhat on the manufacturing side (from reading some of the other reviews on this site). I would definitely grade these shoes higher if they worked out the bad insert and no aftermarket availability issues.

I purchased some FJ Sierra Treks about 6 mos ago, I love them. I can walk 26 holes and not have to worry about my feet killing me! I have a very wide and flat foot. I like the quick cleat system as well as the inserts.
I would like to wear them to work, but they wont let me.

Great walking shoe. I never get feet weary with these shoes. Recommend putting Softspikes black widow cleatson them. Traction rings do wear out quick, but footjoy finally starting selling them separately at local golf shop. Only drawback, the fast twist does come undone reguarly on my left foot. I still rate these high. Have worn out one pair, and bought two more.

Good shoe, is very comfortable. One problem though the front cleat will not stay locked in place on the pair I have. Also the traction rings tend to wear out fast.

Customer Service

Customer service was quick to respond to the worn traction rings and said that they would replace them, but it has been 2 months and still no rings?

Most comfortable golf shoe I have ever worn. Great styling and a good price can be found. My only complaint is that I slip occassionaly (1 or 2 per round)

Very comfortable shoe. I have played 10-15 rounds in them and have yet to have any blisters or sore feet. They clean up pretty well, also. Only problem, though it is a minor one, is that one of the traction rings pulled out from under the spike and got messed up. But it was easy to replace. Great shoe for the price.
