| | Reviewed by: slippery95, Shoots in the 80s Summary: I am not a big fan of the smaller pars. I think this was a par-70. It seems to me like they ran out of land as they finished the course and started placing smaller holes onthe course to save space.
Having said that, this was a very nice course in all fairness. Fairways were in great shape and the greens were nice also. A couple of holes you can really let the shaft out and rip at it. Par-3s are nice visually. Par-5s are a bit on the short side.
Great value though. If you are looking for golf in the Altoona area I would certainly reccomend this course. Customer Service: Pro shop was better than average, but the staff was great. I remember them being very friendly Similar Courses Played: If you care about things like this, the carts were the fastest I have ever driven, easily!

| | Reviewed by: Golfer, Shoot in the 80s, from Altoona, PA Summary: Great course where i am a member..a bit hilly for the walker, but if you pay a minimal cart fee, it's worth it. A great test of golf for the middle to low handicapper, with tight fairways, small, fast greens, and trees come into play in many places. Strategy is key here! Customer Service: Wonderful staff (i happen to be on it)! Similar Courses Played: None
