Have been playing the Ping TiSi for years and after reading numerous favorable reviews, figured I would try the Adams. Aside from the size of the clubhead, the club looks and sets up good. The club head is long and forgiving. I hit three nice balls ~ 270 into a 20+ mph wind; however, the stiff stock shaft albeit designed by Fujikura, worries me. The day after purchasing the club, I went to the range. I hit three good balls, on the fourth the club head went 100-yards straight down the range. Snapped off right at the hossel. I did not strike the ball fat or on the hossel, there was not a scratch on the club head or the shaft. Luckily the retailer replaced. Perhaps it was a fluke, will have to wait and see. hit 3 clubs on the range. callaway gbb 11, wilson deep red, and adams redline. the adams redline was consistantly longer and straighter. funny clink off the club when hit but results are fantastic. would highly recommend it for the average golfer that has trouble hitting the ball staight. sweet spot is the biggest i have ever seen and when you swing hard the results are almost as good and sometimes better than your normal swing. Very solid club for the $. This club is equal to any club on the market including those for almost double the price. Adams really did an outstanding job putting some time into creating this driver. Easily as long as any on the market and as forgiving as they come. Definately worth a look. Top two drivers this year IMO would have to be the Adams Redline and the Cobra 380. Check them both out to see which works best for you. Both equally long and forgiving. Good luck with your game! Customer Service Very helpful in answering questions on the phone. Bought this club based on some reviews. Sold it the next day. The sound is like hitting a tin can. Long but certainly not in the running with other pro line drivers. Customer Service n.a. Similar Products Used: titleist 975j, cobra 350 tour, cobra 426, nickolas 360 |

Real Long !!! I hit Driver 8 iron on a 478 yd. Par 5. I measured the drive at 322 yds and the hole is slightly up hill. The ball stays in the air for a long time and the carry is good. Buy this driver. |

This is not a driver, it is a golf ball cannon !! Using before a Taylor Made, the Adams club head looks similar to the TM which made me feel quite comfortable right at the start. My drive got longer by about 15-20 yards with this driver. The Adams shaft is an inch longer compared to my former TM accounts which probably accounts in part for the longer drives. The club comes also with an excellent Fujikura shaft. This club represents quite a good value as it is less expensive than other familiar brands ( having some Champions's Tour players endorsing the product is sure less expensive than having the regular PGA tour players endorsing it and I guess that the savings are passed to us ,players!!). I am looking much forward to an exciting golf season just starting here in Quebec with this driver in my bag. Customer Service NA Similar Products Used: Taylor Made 360 |

I started out with the non-conforming .860, but it was not as new as described on ebay. I have the conforming model now, and used it last Saturday. I am a mediocre to poor golfer, but I have my moments. The results of using this driver were, for me, dramatic. The usual shot dispersion with the Callaway GBB was about a 40 degree pie shape from the tee. This straightened me out to about 20! The distance was there on the mis-hits due to the face and weighting I guess. Calm down and swing easy. It will reward you. Lost only one ball on 18! That is amazing. The feel is confidence building. The practice swing speed worked far better than crankin' it. This club is better by far than the GBB and Taylor I tried. Cool sound, great control. The mega ditance will come after a bunch of buckets and the other 5 lessons, because I have launched a few into driving range depths never seen before by me. I recommend this club for those of you that are tired of seeing parts of the course reserved for the maintenance people and small wildlife. put the grafalloy blue x shaft in this club and I am 15 to 25 yards futher and more accurate than my Titelist 975j. This driver with the precept u-Tri extra spin ball is the best combination I have ever played.with this club tee it high and let it fly! Awesome driver!! The whole face is a sweet spot. Long even when you miss the middle of the face. Average of 15-20 yards longer than my Titleist 975J. Very straight and high ball flight. Most forgiving club I have ever hit. The harder you swing the better it feels. Customer Service Haven't needed it! Similar Products Used: Titleist 975J |

Adams Redline Driver
I just finished demoing the redline. Overall I was very happy with the driver. I've been trying alot, includiong the taylormade 580,540.. This club was alot straighter and longer. The only draw back was the shaft. I have a really fast swing and the stiff flex wasn't enough for me. But when I kept a nice easy swing I blasted it. The sound of the driver hitting the ball was definatly unique to the club. I had a few people looking at me in disbelif, and some asking what club is that. The sound isn't a big drawback for purchase, it's just different. Enjoy your new club if your looking to buy an Adams, and remember you are buying American made. |
