This is the best driver out on the market for your money. I was looking for a new driver and was frustrated with just hitting my 3 iron off the tee. I wanted a club for under 150 and when i came across the Adams Sc series i decided to give it a shot. This was the best 80 dollars i have ever spent on golf. ( besides the 80$ it cost to play at White Deer Run ) The ball explodes off the face and for only 9' has a high ball flight. I went from hitting my 3 iron about 180 to smashing this club about 230! GREAT CLUB... MUST BUY

Ping TiSI (another great driver.. but its 400!) Titleist (good) Callaway (pretty much all drivers are well made) ALL TOO EXPENSIVE considering the Adams does the same for only 80 dollars.

Model Reviewed: Adams SC 814N 10.5

After much debate and reading many of the reviews from this site I purchased an Adams SC series 814N driver. The first few times I went to the driving range I hit the club awful. I couldn't get the ball up in the air and it was hooking every time, so I took a lesson from the club pro. The next time I went out to the range the ball soared through the air about 240 yds with little effort and straight as an arrow. This is just a club that you just have to learn how to hit. When you hit the ball solid off this club you get one of those feelings like you nailed it even if you dont swing hard. I havent really noticed the slice curing technology talked about this club, but I would definately recommend it even to golfers who don't have a slice, because I didn't either. At $99 this driver is probably the best deal of any other driver I have seen. If I were another golfer looking for a driver, I would definately think twice about wasting $400-500 on a Callaway, Titleist, or Taylor Made driver when you can have one just as good for one fifth the price. BUY THIS CLUB, YOU WONT REGRET IT.

Customer Service

I bought the club at golfdiscount.com. Although the service was not what I would call the best and the shipping took about 2 weeks, it was well worth it considering the price.

This is a great driver. First time I hit it went about 200. This lives up to the hype of being a great driver.

Customer Service

I lost my headcover during a round, and they were happy to send me a new one for free, and a hat!

This is a great driver. I have a done a lot of work on my swing and tested a lot of drivers trying to control my power slice and this thing rules. Straight boring drives, plenty of length. Make sure that you understand the difference between a stiff and a firm shaft or you will not like it though.

Customer Service

Pretty decent

I tried this club out at a demo at the range. I had just been hitting my driver long and fairly straight. I couldn't hit the adams good at all. I was only hitting it about 200 yards (I usually hit my driver about 250)and most of the time I couldn't even hit 200 because I was slicing the ball so bad. This club might be right for some people, but not for me.

I find the club hits the ball to high and skies to easily. However it does go very straight. Possibly to hit off the fairway if required. Not the longest club. I hit my callyway steelhead 3 wood within 5 yards of it. If you play on a course that expierences wind then do not buy this club. any advice on a driver that has a low ball flight. The free Faldo wedge is great though!

Model Reviewed: SC Fade Control, 9 degree, reg flex

The price on the SC Series drivers have now dropped below $200, less than half of what they were last year. That prompted me to finally buy one.
The club has a good feel for a titanium model, much better than the Orlimar TriMetal. I found the Adams club easier to hit--it did not tend to sky the ball like the Orlimar. I am not sure that the "fade control" technology does all that much good but the FC face definitely has a "closed" look to it.
This club has the most solid sound of a titanium club that I have tried, it should appeal to those who don't like the strong "clink" of the Orlimar or Callaway clubs. You also feel like you can step on it a little extra and not risk hitting a wild shot.
Good results, especially at the new low price.

What can I say. Not the prettiest, longest, most workable or forgiving club that I have hit but for overall package and feel, this club is my number one choice. In my opinion. this club does not have a weakness. It is long off the tee (I hit it about 260 yards which is about 10 yrds short of my Titleist 975D), has great feel and swing weight, and generally inspires confidence when at address (which is more than half the shot). It is the only driver that I have confidence in hitting off the grass although I rarley need to considering I also own a Tight Lies Tour Brassie 2 wood. Probably not the most workable club but this is mainly a sacrifice made in making the club so forgiving. I rarely miss a fairway with this club. If I want to hit the ball off the planet or draw or fade the ball around a dogleg, I would probably reach for my Titleist 975D but whenever the pressure is on, Adams is the only club I reach for.
