I was happy with my clubs except for the driver. It was now time to audition some, which I had been putting off for a long time.So I took 4 drivers out including my own to the driving range, all the while trying to find something better, for me.What I was really looking for was a driver that would not present a question mark every time i stepped up to the tee. I wanted one that inspired confidence.Out of the 4 that I took to the range, only one gave me exactly what I was looking for. This club was the Callaway Hawkeye. At first I thought I was imagining it, all these great hits.I got another bucket and well the same result. Tried all and the Hawkeye was consistently great!Warbird wasn't as good. Same with the Ping.Of course the price was a factor until I asked myself "What am I paying for?" I believe that what I am paying for is confidence, consistently long and straight drives, lower scores and just the feeling of watching the ball sail.I would suggest trying out numerous clubs at the range and seeing which one works for you. This is one heck of a great club!

Tried a Stiff Shaft and hit it everywhere but in the short stuff. Settled for the firm shafted 10 degree club. The Firm shaft is slightly more forgiving and provides more control if your swing is under 100Mph. Good Trajectory and great distance, an excellent forgiving club that out performs my old oversize driver.

Long off the tee, straightened my fade and no more slice's.
Sounds great to!
Getting 20-30 yards more than my old titanium driver. Changed to cord grip though I like it better.
very light and easy to swing.
If you slice or fade go get one.

Fantastic Driver, but do yourself a favor dump the production shaft, and grips. I re-shafted with a UST Proforce Gold 75 X-Flex and Lamkin Wrap cord grips. Distance is great, ball flight and shot dispersion are consistant. With the UST shaft you can work the ball very easily, you'll love this combination!

I used to be very inconsistant with a cronic slice off the tee. But one day while golfing with some friends, I tried my uncle's GBB Hawkeye. WOW! What a club! That day I straightened out most of my drives and out-drove almost every one.(most of them have been playing much longer than me)I was amazed.I picked one up and it has been great for me ever since.

I've tried a lot of drivers, and the Hawk Eye is the most reliable club in my bag. It took me a while to get used to though. I had the 10degree, but my trajectory was too high, now I've got the 9degree, and I hit it a mile. I'm serious. I'm 140lbs, and I am now the longest hitter on my golf team.

What a club. I am a big higger but with a nasty slice. I tried various clubs but The Hawkeye is excellent. cured my slice and is long. extremely forgiving.
Was very lucky to get it very cheap. I hear Callaway are bringing out a new model so the price should go down.

Outstanding, just outstanding. Added a consistent 10-15 yards, but the forgiveness is beyond what I hoped for. Even toe and heel hits go fairly straight, unlike every other club I've tried. They got this one right and it's worth the money. Buy it you won't regret it.

This club has consistenly added an addtional 30 to 40 yards to my drives. Amazing. I didn't believe this was possible with any brand of driver. My drives now tend to go straighter rather than fading. The ball explodes off the face of the club, despite the fact that I have a relarively slow swing speed. The large head is very forgiving on mis-hits. I would recommend it to those looking for more distance off the tee. An expensive club, but worth it.
