Launcher 460
This is the best driver I have ever used. I recently went to Mrytle Beach for vacation to look for clubs for my birthday. I wanted just to try out drivers to see which i liked best. I tried them all, the new TaylorMade's, Cobra's, Nike's, and Titlest's. I have to say I hit the Launcher best out of all the clubs. I immediatly had to buy it. I got it with a 9.5 angle and Grafalloy Blue shaft. I soon found a driving range to try out the club. The first hit i launched it 200 yrds! For me that was a lot considering that I used to only hit like 125 yrds. And I was consistantly hitting 170-210 yrds. It hits really hot and has abot no recoil. This clubs is amazing. If you dont have this club run to the nearest golf store and buy one. Customer Service Never used Similar Products Used: Tested TalyorMade, Cobra, Nike, Titlest drivers |

I have had this driver for about a year now and have loved every day of it. With this club i have new confidence on the tee box. I know that with the launcher 460 in my bag I will hit more fairways. Customer Service One year and none needed. Similar Products Used: Ping G2, Cobra 454 |

I always had trouble hitting my driver consistently until I bought this last year. I don't hit it real far, 190 to 240 tops, but definitely find the fairway consistently. I have the stock Fuji R flex shaft, which hits a high launch, so may explore a shaft change. But it's a great club. Customer Service No experience. I have to admit that when I first got this club I hated it. I won it in a raffle and it had the stock Fujikura Gold shaft in stiff. I hated the feel, the ball trajectory, you name it. I put it in the closet for about two months when I finally decided to reshaft it and give it another chance. I reshafted it with a Graphite Design YS 7 in extra stiff, and now I'm LOVING IT! The club feels like a completely different driver. Great distance, trajectory, control, etc. Rather than go on listing all of my 300+ yd drives and the greens that I have driven, I really am writing this more for the people that may have the stock shaft in it and don't like it. If that is the case don't give up. The Graphite Design, Graffaloy Blue and Aldila NV are all great shafts that might make a tremendous difference. For me it was night and day. Some people like the stock Fuji shaft, but I wasn't one of them and just like everyone has a slightly different swing, everyone has a slightly different preference on shaft types. Customer Service Gave me good, quick response when I queried them on reshafting the club. Similar Products Used: Every driver imaginable |

Some reviewers like to stretch the truth on club results ( I especially like the guy that tatooed his driver 315 into the wind on the first swing). I'll try to be straight. First, if you make a poor swing with any club you will produce a poor shot. No exception with this club. Also, I don't really think this is a grip & rip club. This big head needs a smooth, good tempo swing, but believe me you can still hit bombs. I'm a 15HC that was struggling with my 983K. I demo'd the new Ping, Callaway Fusion, and Cleveland 460 driver. The Cleveland won hands down (Fusion second). It just fits a smooth swing and is very forgiving. I have hit absolute jacks with this club. A nice long drive for me is 260-270, I average about 250 with this club. Hit it anywhere on the face & it goes ridiculously straight. I have heard Titleist & TM are "players" clubs. Well I knock it past a few of the "players" I play with consistently. This a an awesome club for mid-handicapper who wants to hit it in the short grass. With this driver I even play HX Tour balls now because I rarely lose one. With my 983K I had to play cheaper balls because I donated over a sleeve per round. Get fitted for sure. The stock shaft was not right for me, put in an Aldila 65 & now kill it. Also take your time dialing this club (as with any driver). When you find your groove this will be the best driver you have hit to date. Got the TI 3 wood too on the buy 2 get 1 deal from Cleveland. These are the best driver & fairway woods I have ever played. If I could only chip & putt. Can't resist the urge to praise this club! In the past 6 months I decided to sell my dads hand-me-downs and hook myself into a new set. First was the x-16s. That was great, then last week came the metals. I hit them all. You name it, I hit it. New, used, big, small, infomercial - I serioulsy hit everything. In the end, I narrowed it down to the Launcher Ti and the GGB. I was about to complete myself a set of calloway everyhtings and then the guy told me that I could get a free fairway metal if I bought a driver and another fairway metal and I was done. Since then, I have been beside myself watching drive after drive sail away into the back of the range. It is a great feeling! By the way, I traded in 4 GBB's (Dad's old clubs). I've been hitting GBB's since the day I began but the cleveland deal was just too sweet and now I have no regrets. Customer Service haven't tried Similar Products Used: Calloway |

Launcher 460
I recently began looking for a new driver to replace my Taylor Made R580, and have hit all the big guns' oversized drivers. The G2 and Launcher 460 were fantastic, but I decided to wait until Father's Day to buy/ask for one or the other. I ran by my local shop the other day looking for a hat, and lo-and-behold, a Launcher 460 9.5* Grafalloy Blue lay in the used clubs section (for about half the price of a new one and in like new condition). I immediately asked to run to the range and give it a try, and fell in love. This club has an amazingly large sweet spot and even my less than perfect swing tendencies did not deter this club from sailing the ball so far that I had to wait for the dust to kick up to see where it landed (I live in West Texas...hence the dust). Needless to say, I own it now and am very happy. I'll take all the forgiveness I can get and love the distance that this club has added to my swing. I get about 10 yards deeper than my TM R580 with the same shaft. Customer Service Only used w/ my wedges and they are fantastic. Very quick to respond and take care of you. CLEVELAND LAUNCHER 460
This Driver is about as good as it gets price/quality ratio. I originally planned to pick up an r7 but after reading reviews and swinging them at the local pro shop i realized that not only is the launcher easier to hit its about 200.00 less. I've only got 54 rounds in since the purchase but i've hit more fairway and had an improved gir. This club is very forgiving and has an amazing loft while still giving great carry. Beleive it or not I drove a par 4 green ( 297 yards ). the most amazing thing is when the ball landed it jumped and stopped. I was in shock. How could a driver land so softly? looked like a sand wedge ( and left a HUGE divot). Anyway this club is amazing and the price is right. I would recommend it to any golfer looking to improve. I had an old titleist driver that I only hit about 220 yards. With the launcher i'm averaging about 280. I'm sure anyone who shoots in the 80's or higher would see an instant improvement in their distance and fairways hit. Customer Service not needed |

Cleveland Launcher 460 10.5 degree, stiff stock Fujikura shaft
I'm steadily improving my game toward my goal of mid 80's. I used a buddy's 400cc launcher and liked it. I also read in Golf Digest 2005 club review that the larger 460cc version was highly recommended and voted the best value. I bought this club new on ebay for $217 bucks and its worth every penny. With this weapon, I'm well on my way to lowering my scores. It goes long, straight, and high with little effort. When I really extend and maintain my plane with a low and slow takeaway and put a little nut behind it, its 275 yards easy. I'll put it this way....I recently took some lessons and when I was flubbing my other clubs, the pro handed me the driver cuz he knew I could club it long and straight and it would look like his instruction was actually teaching me something! Sure, some bad shots will happen, but that goes for any club when you introduce a poor swing. With the Launcher, though, forgiveness is optimized.
