Ok, I bought an older model 2008, now in 2010. Thought I'ld get my feet wet first with Cobra before I jump in. Well without doubt, noise is very unusual, very easy to draw, very hard to make this club slice, me anyway.

Results: Added without doubt 20m to my drive on average. My longest drives are in the +270m range.
Don't kid yourself, listening to the eperts who say distance dosen't matter. Playing a short to mid iron to the green rather than a hybrid or wood, makes a huge difference.

Since getting this club, 4 weeks ago.
1. I've hit my PB (82 on par 70)
2. I've hit my longest drives ever.
3. I've dropped my Hcap almost 2 points.
4. My buddy's are in awe of my drives.

Would definately reccommend Cobra drivers.

This club is soooo loud! It seriously sounds amazing. The distance that I get from this club is quite amazing too. Before I was hitting about 220 with an old driver, but now I can easily get 300.

Got this diver about one year ago and love it. I always used some wal-mart $30 diver and hit ok on good shots about 250-270 yards. but with the speed LD on a bad shots the ball going 270 yards on agood shots 300 yards. It very forgiveing and if you have a big slice it will help with that. I wouldn't trade it for for anything

I bought this club in desperation to hang with the big dogs in our Men's game 3 days a week, on a rather long course. I not only hang with them, I have surpassed most of them. Now, I have a 3-5-7 wood F-speed as well. Dropped 8 strokes since.

I never thought I would part ways with my Taylormade 10.5° Tour Burner. I tried the King Cobra Speed LD Driver 9.5° and I just prefer it!

I had a big issue with this driver. After hitting the club only 12 times, I teed up the ball, attempted a nice easy swing and "boom" hit the ball - but the head of the club went flying down the fairway. Never saw anything like it before. Now Cobra is giving me a hard time replacing the club. It was like the glue just gave up - no snap, no break, just clean right off the shaft. Horrible experience. Again, now having a real hard time after only owning the club for 3 months to get Cobra to replace. I'd think twice about going with Cobra.

Customer Service

Absolutely Horrible! Cobra is in it for the money and not the service.

I play Cobra irons that I love. My experience with the company has been horrible and slated my view permanently.

this is by far THE loudest club i have heard in my life. it's like a conchord breaking through the sound barrier. guarenteed to make everybody turn to see your shot. it's a good job then that your ball will be a spec in the distance. shot after shot i ripped the ball down the fairway averaging 270-285. due to the slight draw bias you will find that a slightly steeper swing works better else that draw will turn into a hook but it will work a treat for you if you have problems with slicing your drives. it is also incredibly light (the F model at least) and so you do not need to grip and rip the club but instead you a controlled smooth swing and the results will astound you. the only addition i will be making to my bag now will be a pair of earplugs!

Driver has a big sweet spot and is easy to hit straight of fade. Hits consistently long 250 - 270 yds. down the middle. It is not loud so they must have corrected that even with the Top Flites I played. I won it at a scramble raffle so there was no selection process. Hit all the drives in the fairway or first cut on the first nine I played with it.

I do not like the shaft in this club. And the head seems a bit clunky. I have been trying to find a replacement for my old Ping G5 with Aldila NV 65 S, because it is all beat up, and this Cobra doesn't even come close. I just bought it because it was 50% off retail and that was a waste of money. Maybe I will just re-shaft it later. The ball flight seemed a little to high with this 9.5 degree Stiff shaft as well. I would not recommend this club.

Used the Mizuno MP600 for a while.. Fancy club I guess but not for me. Was hitting many slices, distance was ok. Tried the King Cobra LD M for 9 holes today, 10.5 with offset, and bought it right away. Great club, very consistent, straight and pretty long (230 yards, which is only about 20 yards longer than the MP600 but I reach this distance much more often with the Cobra). Sound is pretty heavy but that doesn't bother me. If you need some help curing a slice with your driver this club is the right one for you.
