this driver is overall a good driver. it hits very long, longer than any other driver i've played with. it may be great in distance, but slicing lets it dwn. i'm 5yrs old and a beginner to golf. when i catch thed ball right on the sweetspot it'll easily reach 270 but on average it hits about 210 and lands in the rough or in between tres bcus os slices.this club coulddo with more weight at the heel to counter slicing.
anyway for 20pound u cant go wrong. must buy forplayers not seeking to spend alot on golf clubs.

This is the first big head driver I purchased after getting back into golf and it's definitely worth the money I spent on it (got it for 55 bucks at a 'play it again sports' location on clearance and it's worth every penny. I am usually a power player rather than finesse and this works for me well.

I usually drive about 250-280 but with this driver i'm hitting 280-310 with my long around 340 (overdrove a par 4 with the green at 325) and it hits very straight and I usually have a bad slice.

If you're just getting into golf for the price i'd try this before going to one of the more expensive clubs...if you even need to. I'll upgrade my irons for sure but probably keep this driver til it breaks.

I've Had this Driver for one month and it does not stand up against long ball hitters I'm very upset the club face is cracking due to hitting the ball to hard. When I first bought this driver It hit the best out of any driver out there but beware long ball hitters it will not hold up for the long run

Overall this is a very average driver. For the money it's a decent deal, I guess. But there are much better deals out there, for much better drivers. The quality of this club is pretty poor. I haven't used this driver too much, yet it shows plenty of wear, like I've been using it for years. Another negative IMO is the sound. The LoCo Pro sounds very sub par to me, it just screams cheap driver. I prefer the sound of a steelheaded driver. Something like the Callaway SteelHead III. Most of the reviews on here claim this driver hits very straight, but I don't think that's the case. For the size of the head (it's huge), you would think that this club would be more forgiving. You pretty much have to hit it dead-on, to hit it straight. Distance is above average, but you have to hit the sweetspot to get anything out of this club.

I had been using a Ping Tisi Tec driver for the past 2 years. It's about 330 CC's and I decided it was time to go to one of the huge drivers on the market. I always try to buy brand nam equipment, but I'm on a tight budget so I tried to bargain shop a little this time. Dunlop has always been know for it's affordable clubs for the masses, but has never been a company that could compete with Ping, Callaway, Taylor Made, etc. But when I read the specs on the Loco Pro it was hard to beleive Dunlop could sell this driver so cheap... 450 CC all Beta-Ti head, Harrison Striper XL shaft, Winn V17 grip. They retailed for $99.99 when they first came out. Now you can get new ones on EBAY for $69.99 Buy it now. I got a slightly used one for $44.00!! They styling on this club really stands out... bright yellow shaft, and blue checker board paint sceme on the head... it's not for the faint of heart. The performance of this driver is comparable to any high dollar driver on the market right now. I have hit the R7 quad, R5 dual, Cleveland 460, and Titlest 905. I found this drive was the most forving of all of these. The R5 is the longest driver I have hit, but the Loco Pro wasn't far behind... and for the difference in price, you can't go wrong. Coming from a Ping, the feel of this driver took me a couple of rounds to get used to. The sound and feel are similar to that of a Talor Made R580. This club produces a high ball flight, as do most drivers on the market today. And the closed club face encourages a draw, although I found it easy to hit a fade when I set up for one. The only draw back to this club is that the shaft flex may not fit all swing speeds. Go out and get one of these today!

This is really a good piece of equipment. Most people wouldn't think a club like this would find its way into a 6 handicapper's bag being that it's got a loud color scheme, a loud sound at impact, a closed face angle, and that it's only $100. I'm glad it did! The large titanium head is very forgiving. Miss hits travel with good distance and accuracy. The sweet spot is relatively large and easy to find. When a shot is hit square on the sweet spot, the ball really launches into the air on a nice, high trajectory without ballooning. The Loco has plenty of feel and feedback too. I can tell when I hit one on the screws, toe, or heel. The Harrison stock shaft is good for a wide range of players. Plenty of kick for slower swingers and enough torque control for hard hitters. I have really found nothing wrong with the Loco. All of my friends agree. The Winn grip wears through quickly, but all Winns do in my opinion. This is a lot of driver for not a lot of money. I've hit or owned drivers from all the big manufacturers and the Loco holds its own and outperforms most of them. You should do yourself and your wallet a favor and try it. Pros: Price, Great distance and accuracy, Forgiving. Can hang with or beat any driver out there in my opinion. Cons: No custom options available. I guess this keeps the price down. Grip wears out fast. Closed face angle will not appeal to all.

Customer Service

Never used Dunlop Customer Service. For $100, if it breaks I'll buy a new one and still be money ahead.

Easy to hit club. It has brought confidence and distance back to my game. The club was very easy to hit. Previously, I limited myself to a 3W. At $99, I will be buying a spare and a few extras for my friends and family.

My dad won this driver is a company golf tournament and did not want it so I put it in my bag for a couple of rounds. I usually hit about 70% of fairways in a round but that went way down when I played the Loco. Sure it went about 10 yards farther than my Callaway C4 but I had no idea where it was going. Usually I hit a nice high fade, but with the Loco I would hit all kinds of slices and hooks. The extra distance is not worth the loss of control IMHO. One other thing, the club came with a sticker on the face. After I took the sticker off there was a glue residue on the club face. I worked for atleast an hour to get it off w/o scratching the clubface and still have not got it all off.
