great driver for the money. usual titanium sound off the tee, not quite as "tin can" sounding as the 460cc drivers are. bought mine new from golfsmith for $30. great deal, consistant and as long as anything else i've tried. I'd recommend reshafting though, i put on a graffoloy blue prolaunch stiff shaft on and could immediately tell the difference in accuracy and distance.

I purchased this club about 2 years ago brand new from Goof Town for $150. I must say it wasn't a bad decision. With a 350cc head this club gives me 260-290 yards off the tee. I like the middle size head as it is not a friggin' 460cc bazooka head. (So you can feel proud that your not like a little girl buying a 460cc driver just to get a few extra yards). Overall you can get very good distance and good accuracy with this club. Don't buy this if you really suck at golf, go for the 460cc head clubs.

Had a chance to pick one up for $40 on ebay. Brand new Fujikura pro vista 80. This club out performed my Hawkeye 9* buy 15 to 20 yds on average. Pretty accurate but way underrated.

I bought it because I liked the way it looks. The arch on the crown just makes the head look as nasty as it is. This driver is LONG, and it's even pretty straight. Over the summer teed it up on a 325 yard par 4 and I was pin high off of the tee, just missing to the right. That hole is only 310 from the 2nd set of tees (325 is the 3rd) and I had to stop playing them because I hit the green every time I went after it. I've tried non-conforming drivers and this one is still much longer, and I only paid $80 for a new one a year ago. I'm not looking for a new driver any time soon.

Customer Service

Never had to call them. The club hasn't given me a reason.

Model Reviewed: Mizuno Blue Rage 350cc, Stock Shaft Stiff

My younger cousin started beating me when he upgraded his driver to this club 2-3 years ago (I know he paid $200 plus for the shop demo). He's raved about it ever since. My father bought a new one for $90 a couple months ago and he can't stop talking about it. "260+ drive on hole #8" "250 up the hill at #13", etc. Well, a month ago I played a round with his club and I bought it the same afternoon (again for $90 + shipping). This club is great! I knew I needed to upgrade soon. My old driver isn't even close to max COR and I had an old shaft, etc. I can't imagine a better value than this driver. It's easy to hit and gives you great confidence to just let 'er rip. Miss-hits don't even really enter your mind. I can't explain how "stress free" this club is. The truth is ever since the USGA capped the "spring" effect of drivers 3 years ago, all the new models aren't that much different. This driver has a very good 70 gram, low-torque stock shaft and a nice 350cc size. All for less than $100. I just couldn't justify paying $300 for a top-of-the-line name brand after I hit this club. This is a great and easy club to hit a LONG way. I really like the stiff shaft (I only swing in the 85-90mph range) instead of the "whippy" regular shafts. So - three people in my family all own and really like this club. I think it's a great choice for the middle handicap player who doesn't play enough to buy $300 clubs. Believe me - use your money on a good putter and wedge and buy this club.

Did a bunch of research both on golf review and other online sites. Got it off of E-bay new and at a really good deal $70. Although I am new to the game it felt great from what I could tell. Took it out to the driving range on several occasions. Really got the feel of it. I had it for a little over a month. Then I hit the ball and the club head went flying off. Im not sure why it happened but I wont be getting another one thats for sure.

Very good club. Feels great, looks great, and I can make solid contact. More that I can say for my stealhead Taylor Made Bubble Burner. I'm not hitting it very straight yet, but plan to get a lesson in the next week or so. Hopefully I can get help with that. Like many said, this club actually hits better when swinging at about 80%. I'm not a real long hitter, but I am getting between 250 and 275 consistently with this driver. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Model Reviewed: Mizuno Blue Rage 9* Stiff Flex

Purchased Blue Rage driver to replace my Mizuno Forged Ti. About 20 yds longer on average. The stock shaft lacked feel and tended to feel as though the head was lagging. I reshafted with a Grafalloy Blue and the difference was incredible. Straighter, longer, better feedback. I'm very happy with this drivers performance and for $148 Cdn it's hard to beat.

Customer Service

Used once, tried to get spec's from them on reshafting options and their recommendations. They weren't very helpful.

My first review here. I play to a 4 Handicap and was in love with my Cleveland 330 with Fuji shaft, till I got a chance to get my hands on this. I don't know how, but somehow the crown of this club just helps alignment on the setup. I hate big massive 400+ CC drivers, and I think this one is just the perfect size. The forged face gives some great feel for shots right on the screws, and all the reviews are right, swing about 70% and the ball FLIES! Although when you really try to go after the ball with a huge cut I guess the stock shafts low kick point just shoots the ball a mile high, kinda Tiger Woods like ball flight. All carry and no roll, but a nice easy swing will get you some roll. Either way, on a 70% swing I hit it about 285 and very accurately, when I go at it I'll hit it about 295-310, but just a little wayward, tending to draw it alot more. The club holds up nicely on off-center hits. Shots off the heel work out Very well, almost as if you have hit the sweet spot. Shots off the toe die a litte and the feedback is present with a slight ringing in the fingers, but not to bad. Overall, it is a great club that has a hot face and is easily workable and just gives you the presence that your going to be FAR and in the Fairway, or by god if you miss the fairway you'll at least had a chance to yell "HANG ON, HANG ON!" a few times. Great Club, and for the prices they are selling for now, you can easily find them for under $80 probably the best value club out there, easily better than Taylor Mades, Much Better than Callaways. Provide more distance than Pings and Cobras.

Customer Service

Wouldn't know since I got it through Ebay.
