This is my 4th season with the 5900. I enjoy hitting this club because it's so forgiving. Even poorly struck balls will fly fairly straight. I hit this better than any other driver I've tried. I'm sure there are longer and better drivers out there, but this one suits my game well and keeps me in play more than any other driver. Now if i could just find a putter that works as well as this SUMO, I'd be in the 80's.

A very shoutie club is the only way to describe the sound on contact for tee off - I honestly didn't think anything would be louder than my alien driver which I got with my first set of clubs it was like a frying pan noise but the Nike is like a metal baseball bat hitting against a hollow metal pole - the looks on the driving range are interesting but when they see the result of the noise they are impressed. I can drive 300yards on a good shot 1 out of 50 that were off the middle and straight but after 10 drives in the range with the Nike sumo 2 - all straight and getting a much better roll when ball has landed - with confidence was hitting about 280yards on the "fairway" in the range and gaining confidence.
Great for high handicappers to give them straight drives and with confidence the extra yards they will want but a normal good drive will give them some great yards with the roll and being straight and on the fairway is better than 20yards up and in the heavy rough.
Top club if the noise was more normal it would be up there with the other drivers aimmed at high handicappers.

In short, great confidence.
Sits very well behind ball.
Get the right shaft, read on

Due to this Club I now shot in the 80's. If my iron play was as good id be off scratch. The head on the Nike 5900 sits very nice behind the ball. Im getting constant "good drive shouts" from friends and im sure the sound has a little to do with it.
As I have played for 8 years and my game has improved, my old Ping G5 driver started to slice a little. It was due to increased swing speed and the mid flex shaft was whipping more meaning the lag in the club head had to be corrected by placing the ball further to my left. (right handed).

If you have a slow swing speed then a mid flex shaft will give you more distance and 65-75% accuracy. With a faster swing speed id 100% reconmend the Proto VS 65s shaft. The combination has given me a golf Shot drive percentage of 88%. I feel like I cant miss.

This is a great driver. This driver is for anybody. Its goes straight and goes far. Even on mis hits the shot turns out pretty good and you still have a chance at par or better. This driver isn't that expensive but it is definitely worth the price you pay to improve your driving ability by a lot. If you are looking for a new driver this is the one to get.

Great Club!!! I got a great deal off ebay lightly used for 80 bucks including shipping. 10.5* model with the stock shaft(stiff flex) This driver is very long. I gained about 15 to 20 yards from my old Titleist 983K.
I'm getting it out there on average about 275 yards without a ton of effort.
The only real complaint I would have is the stock grip is crap. The stock shaft is a Mitsubishi rayon . It's not bad but i think I might upgrade the shaft.
The shaft length is 45.75. I'm only 5'9 I cut it down to 44 inches and regripped it. It's just my preference.
Overall It a very nice driver!!

I purchased this driver 3 days ago. I was never a big fan of Nike. Well atleast untill I tried this beast. I've tried the Burner and it is nothing compared to the Sasqutch the Burner is more for people who have a tremendous Slice which for me doesn't fit. I have a high trajectory and the Sasquatch brought the trajectory down to a perfect height and it really sent the ball flying. If you don't have this driver in your bag, your missing out on a hell of a driver

I love this stick the longest and most forgiving I have played. At 6'4" 210 my swing speed is 110 plus so speed wasn't my problem but control was. This club gives me massive distance and super control In the last 3 rounds I have missed 6 fairways and my scores have been 71,72,72. It's alot easier tolay this game in the short grass. On a 546 yd par 5 I hit this 365 yards and hit a 7 iron on in 2 and got the eagle. I like this club so much I am buying a second for my other set. Great stick.

Ten times better than my old driver (Mizuno Blue rage) Now the hype about unsliceable is false. But It takes a drastic slice and turns it into a slight fade. But if you done have a proper swing dont think you can slice this thing. Trajectory is fantastic and distance doesnt hurt either. Overall though a wonderful driver.

This club has drastically improved what was a very poor game off the tee. I was trouble with double cross hooks with my Titleist drivers. After half a season I don't rcall one hook with this club. Set up for a fade and bang away. I bought 11.5 with regular shaft and sacrificed some distance, but the consistent 230 in the fairway is something i couldn't be more pleased with. i bought a 2nd one to have for a back up...a wonderful club for me...my 20 year old son is hitting the crap out of the Titleist drivers I gave to him.

Customer Service

I bought at Dick's....not much knowledge there but good servive.
