I only buy new equipment when it improves my enjoyment a tremendous amount. This driver is for better players. It has a solid feel and sound at contact and you can work the ball as well. The biggest plus is that there are a wide variety of lofts and shafts so you can get a custom fit. |

I play an 11 degree steel shafted Warbird and hit 80 percent of my fairways. I was looking for a club that adds significant distance without sacrificing accuracy. This is NOT the club. The sweet spot is very small. Off-center hits dramatically cut distance and accuracy. Center hits go about 10-15 yards longer than my old Warbird. I tried the steel and EI-70 shafts. I don't personally care for the persimmon feel when making contact. I prefer the "ping" feeling of the ball jumping off the clubface like with the Ping or Callaway drivers. This is a high quality club, as far as manufacturing goes, but you should demo it on the course to see if it suits your game before you shell out the big bucks. Solid, but not as long. I am thinking about getting in the near future. While I am in the mid handicaps I will keep my Mizuno :) Similar Products Used: LOTS |

Needed to replace my Hawkeye driver after it got crushed in a car accident (I now think twice about carrying my clubs in my trunk everywhere I go). Was just about to get another Hawkeye, but then I read the reviews here. Ended up getting the 975D, and couldn't be happier. This club is long!!! Has an excellent feel to it...very solid. Out performs and feels the Hawkeye two-fold. Sure is expensive, though... Similar Products Used: Callaway Hawkeye |

i bought this to replace my warbird and it is a huge improvement. the solid feel and sound at impact is a great change from the irritating "tink" sound of a callaway and the distance is incredible. With the warbird i maxed out around 255-260 metres (277yards) but this thing goes 285-290. it is true that you have to be a reasonably proficient golfer to get the most out of these but if you can hit it you will never look back. while the extra distance is nice, the great thing about this club is it gives you control as well. this does not mean forgiveness. if you make a block swing you will get exactly that. what i mean is that this club won't surprise you. it is very honest and rewarding if you put a good swing on it.(price is the only drawback) Customer Service you have to wait at least 2 weeks for these to get imported in oz Similar Products Used: gbb bb steelhead+ tisi |

Ok guys just got this bad boy. Got it on ebay dirt cheap and beautiful condition. Very well crafted club sets up great feels real solid at impact great swing weight couldnt ask for much more. I have the titleist ultralite 65 S dont sell this shaft short great shaft for people who swing between 98 and 110 mph. Some of you claim 30 to 40 yard gains where you guys teeing off with broomsticks before you got this. Id say it maybe averaged 5 to 12 yds farther than my callaway steelhead plus with the EI-70 shaft. This club has a way better ball flight more workabilty and tighter shot pattern even with stock shaft. I did not find the club as unforgiving as every body says. I hope this gives some of you some insight if your looking to buy a new driver this is top notch first in its class golf club. I recently purchased a Titleist 975D with 10.5* loft and the UST Proforce Gold 65 graphite shaft. This club is FABULOUS!!! I am a 10 handicap and I have hit a lot of sticks. This is the most solid and well balance driver I have ever hit. The swing weight feels just a tad bit heavier, which helps keep me from getting too quick. The head is just the right size at 260cc. The face is deep and this club is WAY more forgiving than some other reviewers have led us to believe. If you hit the ball fairly well off the tee you will love this club. If you really struggle off the tee stick with a good 3 wood until you're consistent enough and then buy this club. I purchased mine from a golf shop on eBay BRAND NEW with the headcover and the UST shaft for only $265.....that's right $265. If you haven't hit one go try this club and you, like me will have to have one. Similar Products Used: Callaway Big Bertha, Taylor Made Ti Bubble 2, Orlimar Deep Face Trimetal |

It is a good club because you can swing effortlessly and it still goes out there. You can also swing like a pro and the club will react and teh ball will go 250-300 Similar Products Used: None |
