Having tried a plethera of 3 woods, I have found the Ping to set a new standard for fairway woods.

This puppy his hot, hot hot off both the tee and the turf. More importantly, it's straight.

I bought mine after demo-ing the club at a local range. An entire bucket of balls straight. I bought the demo club for fear I could never find another club like it.

Stock shaft is terrific as well. (Rare these days.)

You can't go wrong!

Outstanding Fairway woods. I have purchased the 3 and 5 wood. These clubs are extremely easy to hit. If you can pick up one of these clubs, you won't be disappointed.

These are the best fairway wood currently available. These are almost too easy to keep and play with very solid distances!! Enjoy when you get one, they're nice. I play a Ping I3 3,5,7 wood.

I have only tried this at the range. Yesterday I had trouble getting it up, but I have adjusted some things in my swing and this club is LONG! I think it is a little shorter in yardage than my Cleveland Ti Driver. The feeling is sweeter than my old trimetal. When your swing is really on it feels great. I like it better than the 975F that I tried because it is easier to get up. I think a few more practice sessions and I will be comfortable using it on the course. If you try this club and don't hit it well at first don't give up on it. Relax your swing and you will be able to kill the ball. The RS3 hosel still seems to have a tendency to the left so depending on your swing you may have to adjust.

This fairway wood has to be the absolute benchmark. I previously used a steelhead 4 plus stiff which I greatly regretted parting with - the steelhead is sweet when you middle it an a real honey to look at but 1 in 5 were screaming slices into struggle town. This Ping should be called the mail man it always delivers 185 metres minimum and when you middle you get driver distances of the deck well in excess of 200 metres. I've taken to using this off the tee for any par 4 under 350 metres and for most par fives a couple of good bunts with black magic and you are within cooee of the bird!! The ball flight is the secret of Pings success - I loved my Callaways for their buttery sweetspot but I was fighting with more balloon than Jules Verne. These Pings are tomahawk missiles - low straight and mean into and under the wind unlike the steelheads which frequently climb into the wind and stall. Do yourself a favour and try these out - they really perform.

This is a great club! I can hit it right down the middle every shot. Maybe 1 or 2 will land in the rough but that's it! You need to buy this club right now! I am 12 years old and I lowered my handicap to a 26! Good work Ping!

I have to agree with many of the other reviews that I've read. This is the best three wood I've ever played. It's a great club. The Callaway was too light for shots in the rough. The PING has such a low center of gravity it just plows right through the grass. My normal trajectory is low so the 14* is perfect for me. It's certainly a better value than the Callaway.

I dont know what that guy below from Tyler's smoking, but if you cannot get distance fvrom this club, well, maybe this is not the game for you. This is accurate, long and will go farther than many drivers. I just swing, pick up my tee and look twoards the middle of fairway -it is there most of the time!

I trie d this ping, steelhead plus, and titleist 975f. This club is miles above competition. I got the 12* I was knocking the ball out around 230-240. 15 yards longer than the other competitors. I even through one out to 250. The trajectory is perfect not to high or low. SO go out and buy this club now it rocks.
