The A3oS hybrid set should be illegal, they are that easy to hit.The Boxer hybrids are nearly effortless and they seem to carry forever in a straight line. I had a set of tight lies, went to Callaway, played a round, and went right back to Adams, no other company seems to 'get it'. I will not be challenging Tiger anytime soon so I want a set that brings me enjoyment, not frustration, and nobody understands that better than Adams. I am a lifelong Adams customer. I've played with those "macho' men who have expensive clubs and their egos won't allow them to carry more than one hybrid..but at the end of the round who has the lowest score? Me! Isn't that the point?

Customer Service

outstanding, I sent them an Email praising them for their products and their "Thank You" response came within 30 minutes

I'm relatively new to golfing, I just picked it a couple of years ago. I don’t play very often, mostly work events. I had a cheap set from a supercenter and needed to upgrade.

These where in my price range and my research showed I wouldn’t outgrow them quickly with my skill level. WOW, what an improvement. My game has gotten so much better with these irons. It gave me amazing confidence on the course. Night and day compared to the Northwestern set I had. Now I’m staying in the fairway every time and getting some distance. The PW I find to be a great design as well. Chip shots are on the money, up and down or punching it over a bunker.

I love them. I’ll definitely consider them when I upgrade as my game gets better.

Solid feel and performance. Little offset.
I hit them very high with s-300s, probably due to weight distribution near sole. I like the 5-PW but the 3-4 irons are strange and a little squirly. Wish they would have kept the same design configuration for them as with the mid irons. All in all though, a good value for a forgiving iron that feels like a forged.

I've had many sets of blades in my life but dont practice nearly as much as I should. In any case these are wonderful "bridge" clubs for a player who just can't look at the clunkiness of oversize but needs a little help. 3-5 are hollow and 6-PW are traditional weighted . They all feel the same . Very cheap on ebay , less than $300 most new sets.

I got these Irons 2 years ago for about $300. They line up great, and the feel on the shorter irons are pretty good compared to other name brands. Only thing is they are a little heavy compared to the new irons out there but that seems to help me with feel.

Customer Service

Never had to worry about these irons, they are very durable. Used 2 years and still look new when I clean them.

Recently bought a set of these irons. Hadn't played golf in a couple years and a local shop had a set on sale for $500 CAD. I like the fact that they look like a blade from the top. Despite the cavity back and sole weighting, I don't find they have a higher ball flight than my old blades. Off-centre hits send a fairly high level of vibration through to the fingers so in that respect they feel much like my old forged blades, which I like. I don't find they are overly workable left to right. More so left than right. I can fade them if I want but it doesn't seem to matter what I do I can't draw these clubs. Adjust to a closed stance, flatten my swing plane, strengthen my grip or any combination of the above and I still can't seem to draw these things. That's OK, I can get used to it, it's just something I need to adjust to compared to my old clubs. Mine have the Dynamic Gold True Temper steel shaft and the flex is stiff. I think I'm going to really like them. The other clubs I was considering at the same time were the Nike Forged Irons which are a classic blade. I hit both and found no difference in overal distance or feel and the Nikes were $200 more so I went with the Adams.

I happened upon these clubs a year ago. I was looking for a blade but with a light weight steel shaft and there they were. They have a nice set up even though the heads are more midsize than a traditional blade. These clubs fit my 8 handicap perfectly but I feel a more scratch player may want something a little more workable. I think the A1's are a more
forgiving club than an actual blade and
less workable. I'm not complaining about hitting a straight ball. Distance is above average and feel is excellent as far as cast clubs go. Not quite forged but close. Best rating is value. I got a high end steel shaft that if I were to order seperately say with Mizunos, it would be $10 to $15 extra per club. My set was under $150.

I like to play things for a while before I review them to be fair. I have played Hogan Apex Edge for the past few years and absolutely loved them. I wanted to try some new clubs and bought a bunch of sets on ebay to try them out. Nothing seemed to even compare to the Hogans and I found myself looking at another set. Then I saw a guy selling some Adams A1 Pro's in almost new condition for $150. I have had great luck with Adams woods over the past years and decided to give them a try. Plus I already had a Redline Driver and the Tom Watson Wedges, so I thought it may be cool to have a matching bag rather than a "mutt" bag. What I can say is this, Adams clubs are every bit as good as any other comparable club on the market and for about half the price. They came with Dynamic Gold Shafts, which are a lot better shafts than many top-brands put on their clubs.

I still miss the Hogans every now and then, but these clubs have been great clubs. They have great feedback and look spectacular at address. I expect to play them until they are worn out. Thanks Adams for making great products at a great price.

If you can still find these clubs buy them! They are great buy. I bought my set new off Ebay for $115. Talk about a great deal! I play better with these clubs than the more expensive name brand clubs. They aren't as forgiving as the oversize clubs out there, but for the mid level golf player, you will get a lot more out of these clubs. They hit far, you can shape your shots, and they hit straight if you want to do that. Not only do they hit great, but they are quality built too. I've had my set for almost a year now and they still look almost brand new. The grips are so so, but you can easily replace those if you wanted. overall, great great clubs!

Customer Service

I love Adams Golf, and I love their clubs. I've never had any problems with them.
