I've read the reviews and decided to purchase the x-14's and give em' a try. Looks like I made a good choice. These irons have improved my game significantly. I used to shoot in the low 90's, but am now in the mid/high 80's. Clubs have a great feel and have added 10-15 yards with every club. Every round I play seems to get better and better.

Fantastic! Did the research, hit all the others, and read each one of your reviews. Now, my turn to say that the Callaway x-14s are well worth the $$$. Do something nice for yourself and go get them today. Been playing with the X-14's for 2 months and my game went from high 90's to mid 80's. My friends don't believe it. I don't believe it. Can't wait to get back out on the course with these great clubs. Hope this helps.

Mid-way through last summer I began to get very serious about golf and improving. Previous to this I played two or three times a year. Now I play two or three times a week.

I was playing Hogan Radial irons last year and switched to the X-14's this spring. The first major difference I noted was the trajectory of the ball flight. The X-14's launches the ball much higher resulting in the ball dropping steep and then stopping, rather than bouncing over the green like I did last year. The X-14's are also much easier to keep straight with even most mishits flying relatively straight. You still have to make a decent swing though, b/c no club will fix a terrible swing.

One thing that I had to adapt to is chipping with the X-14's. I often use a 7 or 8 iron around the fringe and found that the ball really jumps off the face of the X-14's. It is consistent though, so it just means I have had to take something off my chips.

I am playing about 10 shots better so far this year compared to last season. I have been practicing alot but there is no question the X-14's have helped me be more consistent due to their high degree of forgiveness. I've flirted with the 80's a few times and I'm sure I'll be there soon.

I would recommend these irons to any looking for a solid game improvement club.

Went from an older set of Callaways, these are much more forgiving. Distance is good by the accuracy is great. I have more birdie opportunities on Par 3's than ever, and even mis-hits seem to straighten out. Great clubs.

The X-14's helped me drop seven off my handicap. I would highly recommend these clubs, if looking to have fun and improve your game at the same time.

These clubs hit the ball a long way, and get great high. They are a very easy club to hit and very foregiving.

I tend to hit the ball a bit hard, swinging at approx. 90 mph - as a result i have found the accuracy not that good. I have also snapped the shaft on my one and three irons. Nevertheless, I would reccomend these clubs to someone who doesnt play that much but wants a club which makes golf fun. If you are looking for accuracy, I would reccomend the steel shafts.

These are a big improvement over the x-12's, especially in looks. These clubs are exactly what they are supposed to be- very forgiving and straight. If you are a feel player, these probably aren't the clubs for you. The impact of the ball on these is more of a muted feel, but as long as it goes straight and far I don't care. Anyone looking to improve their ball-striking fast should try these.
