All I can say is WOW! Six months ago I began a quest for my new irons. I didn't want to rush, so I spent my time I went to numerous demo days (taylor made, ping) and I hit endless amounts of the "top" irons. I demoed the titleist 990's (too hard to hit), taylor made 300's (no feel), the hogan's (pretty good), the gunmetal TA1's (a tad bit too hard), and the mizuno mp33's (good, but too expensive and trendy). Yes...the mp33. Needless to say after extensive testing I found my irons. These are the best feeling irons I have ever hit. They are about half the price of the MP33's and they have a better feel than the gunmetal TA1's (people don't realize that gunmetal is harder than chrome). At first I was scared to try forged blades but many pros told me that if you want to get better practice and use blades because you can feel where you mishit it, and you will know exactly what you did wrong because blades won't help you if you mishit. I was struggling a bit at first but, these really help me because I can feel exactly where the ball is coming off my clubface. Honestly, these really help, you just need to be patient (or sigle digit) Really these are the best bargains in golf, get a set now. Cleveland is the fastest growing golf company and when they get popular don't expect the prices to come down. 700 new is an absolute steal! and 350-500 for a used set is THE BEST DEAL IN GOLF!!

At first, I was reluctant to play blades based on others perception that you have to be scratch to hit them. However, after sticking the 2 iron on a 225 yard uphill par 3 to 4 feet, I was sold. Distance is fair but accuracy and spin are incredible. Sucked one back 30 feet in the rain with a pitching wedge.

Nice clubs. I fell in love with my grandfather's old Titleist blades (circa 1970, aluminum shafts) and bought these so that I wouldn't beat the Titleists up. I now use these exclusively for practice, and my TA3s for scoring rounds. It's a great combination.

These clubs look great and feel great. I think they are just fine for low and high handicappers alike.

These are the longest most forgiving clubs I have ever played. My first coach told me she had better never catch me with a set of blades in my bag because they are so hard to hit. Well she now has one less student. I absolutely am in love with these TA-1's.Better distance control and spin than any other set I have played as well. Cleveland has a winner in these irons.

Wow! These are some of the nicest irons I have ever played. I put away the 990's I used last year after 1 round with these amazing sticks. Close to 1 club longer, have a tendency to draw nicely(which I love). At the price I paid you could not get a better set of irons. Long irons are very easy to hit despite the tiny club head, which allows you to work the ball. TO put it short, I think I'm in love.

By Far the best irons I have ever hit. These clubs have perfect trajectory and a very solid feel. I have s400 in them.
Distance is better than any other blade I have hit. I use to play Titleist Custom Grinds but I have to put them in the closet. I have to admit that these clevelands are not stock clubs, they are a tour issue custom grind but all in all very close to the stock irons.

Love the feel...Love the look... These irons are surprisingly easy to hit, but I wouldn't suggest them for mid to high handicappers. Working the ball is a dream. With these irons, I can fade it, draw it, hit it high or low. I'm in love!

I switched from the Mizuno true's last year to the TA-1 and I was most satisfied. If you compare the performance to the price they are a perfect 10.But the forged is not as soft as other irons that I have used and forgivness wise they are less forgiving then the Hogan's that I'm using Know. But setup, distance and control wise they are excellent.

i got my set with 6.0 rifle shafts. they feel much softer than most other blades i've hit. mis-hits don't feel so bad, and good hits are just orgasmic. surprisingly forgiving and incredibly long. some of the best feeling, not to mention best looking, clubs i've hit. easy to shape shots. overall, a great set.
