I first demoed these clubs and found the standard length and lie were suitable for a person 5'8" or shorter but Im 6'4" and the + 1" and 2 degrees up worked great for me. I tried many other forged clubs and these are by far the best made to date. The feel is unbelievable you could play with your eyes closed and just from feel know exactly where every shot is going. They look sharp as well, its like looking at a piece of liquid metal and definetly inspires confidence at setup. I just cant say enough about how well they feel and if your a "feel" player in the market for a new set of sticks these are the ones you'll keep in your bag for the next 15 years. Hitting a pure shot with these irons is like no other feeling in golf. A+ in every catagory. Customer Service Takes a while to customize these i waited over a month to recieve them must be pretty popular Similar Products Used: firesole tour, titleist 990, hogan apex, clevland ta1 |

Hold this club. The Tour Velvet grip is right, the lines are right. I don't think it is hyperbole to say that there is a majesty that shines around this club. Then hit it and things get even better. Similar Products Used: Ping, Titleist 990 |

The best blades I have seen and played. Very straight and a bit longer than my Pro IIs. Recommend to players of a 12 handicap or less. Great feedback on solid hits and misses. Would highly recommend. Similar Products Used: MP-14, Mp-29, Hogan Apex, Ping I3 |

This is without a doubt, hands down the best iron I have personally ever hit. Period. Feel, crisp contact, ballflight, setup, it has it all. They are longer than the MP-14, and just plain look better. In the past, I changed clubs regularly. Now, however,I have stopped searching. I almost didn't purchase these clubs because of two of the reviews posted here, but I am glad I went with my instinct. In addition, I don't agree that they are not a good value. If I had purchased these first, I would have SAVED money in the long run! Customer Service Prior to purchasing the set, I e-mailed Mizuno several times regarding technical aspects of the club not listed in the advertisment. They responded promptly each time with the information(offset, swingweight) I requested. Similar Products Used: MP-14, Callaway X-12,X-14, Ping eye 2,cleveland,Hogan apex,Mizuno pro II, name it. |

Great club; couldn't be more pleased with the design. Many people might think blades are all the same, but there are minor differences compared to the 14 and 29 that makes this iron an step forward in design. Thinner topline, narrower/beveled sole, square grooves, less offset, taller face, more evenly weight distributed muscleback, cleaner cosmetics; all which lets me feel more comfortable standing over a shot. Feel is trademark Mizuno: soft and crisp. To those who berate these clubs: You don't know what a pured shot is. Similar Products Used: all similar. |

THESE CLUBS ARE INCREDIBLE. IN THE PAST 4 SEASONS, I'VE PLAYED THE PING i3, PING ISI, TITLEIST 962 AND 990, AND MIZUNO MP-29s; THESE CLUBS BLOW ALL OF THEM AWAY. I WAS PARTICULARLY CONCERNED AS TO HOW THEY'D PERFORM AGAINST THE MP-29s BUT THEY SURPASSED WITH FLYING COLORS. I ORDERED THEM WITH THE SENSICORE SHAFTS AS MY MP-29s WERE EQUIPPED SIMPLY TO MAINTAIN SOFTER FEEL. I DO WISH THE SOLES HAD LESS BOUNCE AND MORE OF A LEADING EDGE TO CUT THROUGH THE TURF AS THE MP-29s DO. BUT, COMPARED TO THE OTHER CLUBS I'VE TESTED, THESE ARE SIMPLY THE BEST! Of course, the 33's are a great club. Mizuno's been making great forgings for a long time now. To the people that said it was a terrible club: I'm embarrassed for you. Maybe someday you'll be worthy of them. To everyone else: Feel great, set up beautifully, play very similar to TN 87, MP 14 & 29. The only difference I found is a lower trajectory in long irons (2 & 3). Maybe throw a tzoid pro long iron or two along with these and you have a real nice set of irons. I also recommend trying a stiffer shaft than the S300 (can be a little loose). X100's are nice and sturdy for me. Customer Service I dont know how good they are. What blades should be! I have played blades all my life and these are absolutely awesome! I had Mizuno swing-weight them to D1 and what a difference. My only recommendation on these is to ask for custom fitting and DO NOT buy them off the shelf. Mizuno custom dept is very good and very helpful. Customer Service none Similar Products Used: Louisville Scotch-Classic, MP-29, Wood Brothers Forged Classic |

I have to say I have no idea what these 2 reviews below mine mean. The head is too big?? What are you talking about. I hit the Apex and the MP-33 side by side and I didn't think that one looked any bigger than the other. Obviously, this is your opinion and perception, but I don't think that the average player feels the same way the 2 of you do. Similar Products Used: All similar |
