To the Mizuno team: I will clean your garage. I will do your taxes. I will install a mute button on your mother in law. And I will still owe you big time - that is how much these clubs have helped me. No point in me repeating how buttery soft they feel, how forgiving on off-center hits, or how much length they've added (although I'm proud to say that I just benched my 7-Wood). I may even bench my Cleveland 54* for the Gap wedge(50*) included with the set, and just keep my Cleveland 60* in the bag. Wow. Wow. Wow.

These clubs are great.I also own a set of 2006 Big bertha's. The mizuno's have regular flex graphite shafts as do the callaways. The mizuno's are just easyer to hit.Specially from rough.i use to be a 15 handy cap.Now i'm always 78 to 82.Not bad for a 62 year old guy.I am more than pleased.

After switching from my dads old lynx predator irons to the mx-19's my game has changed dramtically. These irons seem to launch the ball alot higher than many other irons i have hit. Very forgiving if hit even halfway solid too. Great set for someone comfortable with their swing but would like a little better peformance from their irons. These are some great irons.

I've been making my own clubs for 15 years and thought I had the perfect set. Over the winter I bought a set of MX-19's on Ebay with R flex graphite shafts. I found them to be 5-10 yards shorter than my set, but I still managed to shoot the lowest 2 scores I've ever had on my home course, a 78 and a 73. I re-shafted them with True Temper Dynamic Gold stiff shafts and picked up the extra yards and shot a all time low 71. I hope they keep up their great performance.

I have been playing with this set for 2 seasons now. Very good, stable set of irons. One criticism is that it feels light. I feel that a heavier set suits my swing a bit better. I've always hit the ball straight, but seem to have lost 5-10 yards off each iron.

I have had reasonable results with these clubs, but its time to move on.

I decided to try these irons after buying and loving the F-50 and F-60 fairway woods. Firstly I must say that they look superb. I have the steel shaft True temper DGS 300's in them and I cannot rave enough about the performance of these clubs. The ball flight in the longer irons is spot on and the shorter irons are deadly accurate. I shot a very pleasing 82 on my second round with these clubs and my scores have been getting even lower since. I do not agree that there is a loss of distance with these clubs, they are as long as any of the many other top brands that I have hit.

My main pleasure in playing with these clubs is that I seem to be hitting less bad shots and therefore my scoring and enjoyment of the game has improved greatly. As another reviewer of these clubs has stated they are long and straight and personally that is prescisely what I want. I have found that they are also workable left or right (with a bit of effort) however I can generate enough spin off the short irons to stop them on the greens and therefore do not need a powerfade on approach.

I am now proud to say that I am a Mizuno convert and nothing I have tried suits my game better. Thanks Mizuno for the quality, looks and performance that I now enjoy from your clubs.

I have had these clubs for just over a year and they have never let me down. Before buying them I tried a few other brands; Ping, Cleveland, Cobra (that i remember), but I just couldnt get the solid satisfying hit I got with these. After a year of playing with them I can safely say it was money well spent. I just hope that they will last me another ten years. If not i'll prob go out and buy another set of them. I really dont have anything negative to say about them. Thanks Mizuno!

Its funny but perception is a strange thing. I have used every model of forged Mizuno Irons they make left handed with mixed results. I orginally had a set of the old Mizuno TP9 blades that I used for about 6 years and wore out. I have since tried to find a Mizuno set that was better or equal to those irons. Each model I used was OKish but I was never completely satisfied. I then acquired a set of Honma irons that were quite good. I have been using these irons but I missed seeing that "M" on the clubs I was using. I then looked at the Mizuno MX 19 which is not "forged" and I thought unworthy as it is considered more a higher handicappers iron, you know, thick sole, deep cavity etc. BUT I was annoyed I wasn't playing my favourite brand so I bought a set just to find out. Must say for a cast set they had good feel, good distance, easy to hit and am very impressed. I have hit all the models and I found the MX 19, which is the cheapest model, to be the best. The only club I replaced was the Gap wedge, it doesn't match up to my Taylor Made RAC 52 dg wedge. Pity the didn't make a 3 iron with the set as the 4 iron is fantastic. Overall I am very happy with this set of Mizuno Irons.

I've had these irons for a year so I think I can comment on these clubs are like. They are very easy to hit and get in the air. When I'm on my game, it's almost cheating at times. Saying that, the ball does go very high. That can be good at times, but I find when I'm hitting my 9 iron only 100 or 110 yards, my foursome is hitting a PW, so I think there is a loss of distance with these clubs since they are so high. If you're looking to have some fun with golf, don't care if you're a single digit handicapper, these are the clubs for you. They make golf fun.

I waited awhile to submit a review. I bought these irons six months ago. The cost was very reasonable, and Mizuno has a great reputation of quality.

I was playing with a 10 year old set of Yonex forged irons, and the feel of cast iron took a little while to get used to.

Once I got past that, I really started stroking these irons. The distance is about the same, but these irons get the ball up in the air. I'm actually spinning the ball on the greens instead of watching the ball trickle off the back. I'm very impressed, to say the least.
