Great clubs. Very easy to hit even the long irons. No need to read any other reviews. If you can find them, buy them...

I got these clubs last week after believing my game was ready to move on from the MX-19's. All i can say is WOW. What a superb club, some forgiveness in the longer irons, but you have to be able to consistently strike the ball well. The shorter irons are like butter. I now hit my 6 irons 185yds, which is 20yds longer than the MX-19's. I have Golf Pride multi compound grips fitted, purely for personal preference for when its raining.
If you shoot in the 80's or even low 90's these clubs could very well be for you. I have steel shaft 1 down from stiff as i swing quite strongly, the ball flight is quite high and penetrating..... I will not need to change my clubs now until i wear them out.

Mizuno must be crazy to discontinue these! Great sticks. Heads are just right, not too big, but with enough game-improvement to help on the mis hits. They set up perfect with little off-set. If you are a mid-capper, grab these why there are still a few sets left.

Easily the best irons i have ever used. As an avid Mizuno fan (mx200, MP57) these ares imply awesome.
Easy to hit, long, buttery, beautiful to look at and easily workable.
Have enough game to be able to fire darts with them but easy enough to hit at the same time,
Nice and small but still very forgiving and I play off an 18 handicap.
My buddy has AP2 710's and says these are much better and he plays off 4 hcap

Well I traded my X-20 tours for the mizuno mx-300's and the difference is unbelievable. i have lost maybe 4-5 yards with the mizunos but the ball flight is more consistant and pure shots feel like butta. The 4-5 irons look like they are dying to be hit as i lay them down behind the ball. Great feel and sight line makes me feel my low eighties are gonna turn into high 70's this year.

Went to the Mizuno Fit entre at New Malden. Swapped from PING S58's. Shaft fit with new 'DNA' gizmo took 15 mins to optimise. Added 10 to 12 yards distance per club and ensured each club went straight and true. Off centre, non pure strikes still went very well with minimal distance loss. Then tried 2 or 3 different heads MP68, 58 and 300's. For me I was 15 h'capwhen I got new 300's, now 3 months later am 13 h'cap and still going down !Consistency of strike and straightness of shot is much improved. This, in conjunction with new putter and 2 putting lessons are doing wonders for my game.

Customer Service

Customer service at New Malden fit centre for me and my 79 yr old Dad - still playing and quite competitive off of 25!!. Fitting took 45 -55 mins for irons, hybrid and driver and fitter was attentive, patient and very flexible in ideas. He used the tech and our preferences and feel feedback opinion to great effect. Because they do not actually 'sell' any clubs there, they just want to optimise your best and true fit and nothing more.

Just recieved my mizuno mx-300 irons. I wasn't sure what I was in for. I have hit pings and more recently taylor made rac irons. I knew the mx300 irons were made to bridge the gap between improvement clubs and players clubs. I now have a feeling I am going to be moving into the "players" category very soon.(Ha!) I have never hit such controlled and consistent long irons in my life. Not forgetting to mention that the mid and low irons are sooo smooth. The feel of these forged irons are simply amazing. Iron technology and manufacturing techniques are really astounding. Mizuno has captured the essence of both. These irons are very attractive, very easy to hit, and just plain smoooooth! I loved my pings, hit my taylor mades well, and are simply blown away by the Mizuno MX300 irons. Bravo Mizuno!
