These clubs absolutely suck. i have never used a badder club. when i first swung, it flew out of my hands because of the grips. then when i actually hit it, it goes nowhere. dont buy them. they are cheap for a reason. also nike sucks at everything from clothes to sporting goods. Bye

I too was looking for a new set of clubs. I was ne that wouldn’t break the bank yet one that would provide a little more technology behind to support the name.

I had been looking for well over a month but just couldn't justify dropping $400-$800 on a set of clubs that I wasn't even sure I would be able to hit any better than the “box set” that I started off with.

I grew up a “Nike Kid,” and yes I’m a fan of Tiger and his youthful swing but didn’t want anyone to think I was copying Tiger. I found this iron set at Sports Authority on clearance originally priced at $500, marked down to $300 for the complete 4-9 with 3H including the PW. After talking to the golf pro that did a nice job explaining how the lower weighted foot of the club was designed to help lower the club through impact and help produce a further strike the purchase was easy! I even picked up the bag too!

All in all I’m a decent golfer but struggle with a stray pitch shot or an occasional three putt. But these clubs have more than allowed me to focus on the short game without placing much worry on the 9-3H shots.

The clubs just have a great feel!

i usually shoot in the 90s and i wanted to get better so i had to get some better clubs, these are a great price for a great club, i've only used them for about 30 holes so far, but i have not had a bad shot with them, they pop the ball up hihg and get a lot of distance, i had one of my best 9 hole scores ever with them (44)
great clubs for a great price

Smooth hitting clubs. Large sweet spot. The grips are not too good though. Get them re griped and your on your way with a better game.

I've been looking for a set for awhile, but couldn't justify dropping $400 on a set of clubs I wasn't sure I was going to use to their potential. I just started golfing, so getting into the game was expensive. I found this ironset at Sports Authority on clearance from $500 to $300 for the complete 4-9 with 3H and PW. After talking to the golf pro for awhile, he actually recomended this set (what I had my eyes on) since I couldn't swing the extra $150 for the Callaways. When I got him to knock off another 20%, they were mine @ $260 out the door.

I can't tell you much since I'm a beginner, but I really like these clubs. They feel solid, hit well, and my buddy who's been golfing for 10+ years thinks they're great, especially for the price. I'm going to be sticking with these for awhile.

Sports Authority in Union City was great, and I assume Nike is, too.

I have played with the Ignites for more than four months. I just changed them for a new set of Taylormade RAC os 2.

The ignites are a great set of irons. They are forgiving and easy to hit. I was not very happy with the hybrid, can't compare it with a rescue or other hybrids out there. I dropped my handicap from 36 to 26 in two months.

The reasons I changed the ignites were: first, they were too heavy compared to other clubs in the same category, and secondly, because I didn't like much the way they looked (I know, totally superficial).

The great thing about the ignites is the price. You can get a preowned set for 200 dlls easy. The bad thing is that the quality will never compare to Callaway or Taylormade (or other famous brands). I am not a brand person myself, but the quality of the clubs is different. I just bought a set of taylormade rac os 2 and you can notice the difference right away.

Another thing you might want to have in mind is the offset of the irons. The Ignites don´t have the same generous offset as the big berthas or other irons like the RACs. This is good and bad: good if you want to correct your slice to perfection, bad if you want to correct the slice quickly.

In conclusion I would say that the ignites are outstanding irons, but if you have an extra $100, try something nicer.

By the way, DO NOT buy anything that says "draw". This will only make your defects in your swing permanent. The anti-slice technology won't let you have any real progress.

I had been looking for a set of clubs for many weeks. The course where I play had one set of the Ignites left, but I was really hesitant to buy them. I really wanted the VR Cavity backs but I did not feel like spending $699 for them. But after several weeks of window shopping, the pro at my course made me an offer on the Ignites that I could not refuse.

So without ever playing them I bought them, and WOW what a set of clubs. These clubs are AWESOME!

Before I bought them they struck me a almost a beginners set, by the way they looked and the fact that steel shafts set come in uniflex. But after playing them for 5 rounds, I can tell you my initial perception was wrong as could be.

They hit great.
They feel good.
They have terrific distance.
I can work the ball.
They are very accurate around the green
Best of all for the price, they are a down right steal.

Nice set of irons... not too happy about the offset on the 3 hybrid as i find it pulls to the left. Very forgiving irons at an excellent price. If you are looking for some game improvement irons then these are a great choice - and you can pick them up pretty cheap on eBay.
