I purchased these irons aprox twenty rounds ago. Picked up a used set in great condition for $140( a steal) After playing with these clubs for 3-5 rounds I started to figure out the distances. I hit the ball sound off the face along with nice and straight. I am very pleased with these clubs. I find I am finally hitting the irons the way I always wanted to. As for the Hybird Iron, I think wow it took some getting used to but now that I am getting the hang of it I love it. I highly recommend these clubs for a high 80s, low 90s golfer.

I recently got back into golf after about 8 years away and don't know why I quit playing. I was playing with taylormade super steel irons and decided to by a new set of irons to help get the ball airborne and decided on these and they did as advertised. My only regret was that they came in only graphite. I tried to go back to my old irons and regreted it the whole round of 18 all I did was top the ball because they were shorter than the nikes which the toping of the ball and will go back to the nikes. If you are look in for a club to get the ball in the air then get them with the steel shaft so you get better feel with them.

Model Reviewed: Nike Ignite Hybrid

I took up golf 12 months ago after not playing since i was at high school (about 10 years ago), and i bought these because i needed all the help and forgiveness i could get. When i started playing again last year i started on 25 handicap, and in less than a year have got it down to 7 (did get to 6 for a couple of games only though). even the blokes at golfworld where i bought these were suprised i could get down to single figures using these 'choppers' irons. but these are truly great clubs, and very well priced. They are extremly easy to hit, and go long and straight.
i have since upgraded my irons to a more 'players' set, but i was serious in considering re-shafting these with a better stiffer shaft, instead of buying a new set. the uniflex shafts were just not up to the task of my new, better swing.
i'm really glad i bought this set, they were so easy play with, and have helped me get hooked on golf. i'm sure if i had've used a lesser set of clubs i wouldnt be as hooked on golf as i am now.
great set of sticks!!

Bought these in 2007, and I have to say I'm impressed so far. Very nice balance and weight to them. The 3 hybrid was my first hybrid, and I tell you, it hits like butter. Easy to hit, and has a nice low, boring trajectory. The irons feel consistent, and off-center hits aren't punished like a blade, obviously. Added about 5-7 yards to all my irons.

I can't believe Nike isn't hyping this product more. Not only is it good looking (which isn't a deciding factor, but it does help), but it's a great value at its price. Heck, I think the hybrid alone is worth $150-200. I think it's the perfect set for the average golfer (mid-20s handicap with average swing speed). If you are thinking about new clubs, definately go demo this, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

These clubs are geat! I love the feel of them when I hit them and they are very very forgiving! Not only are they great to hit but they are very very good looking for irons. I dont know about most people but for me I have to like what im looking down at. Compared to my old irons I have noticed a 5-10 yard difference on this club, but they are far more accurate than my old irons. They are very reliable and just easy to hit, the ball flight is a thing of beauty.

I'd would definatly recommend these clubs to anyone looking for some game improvement for a very reasonable price.

Great set of irons, I hit them more consistently than my previous set. The slightly closed face promotes a draw which took some getting use to. I rarely lose shots to the right anymore.

Nice set of clubs. Look great, feel great, and hit great. I previously owned a buddies mixed set of irons and desperately needed an upgrade. As a beginner golfer, I can't hit a 3 iron to save my life, but I can connect with the 3 hybrid half the time (issue is my swing, not the club). All other irons in this set hit better than my previous set by 10-20 yards. I've shaved roughly a stroke a hole in less than a few weeks of use. I demo'd Callaway x20's and Cleveland irons, and for the money Nike Ignite is a great buy.

Model Reviewed: Nike Igite Hybird Irons

While shopping for an upgrade on my 12 year old irons, I was considering the Taylormade RACs and Nike Ignites. I ended up with the Nike Ignites with uniflex shafts; and I never looked back! The irons work great, look great at address and have no trouble getting the ball into the air. And it is amazingly forgiving on this shots too. I noted 10-20 yards increase in distance on all clubs; even the hybrid 3 iron. Note that I was never able to hit with the 3 Irons anyways, but this new hybrid is turning out to be one of my most reliable clubs in my bag. The only gripe I have is the chrome finish edges on the face of the club, which tend to get scuffed through normal play.

Regardless, I'd recommend these clubs to anyone looking for some game improvement for a very reasonable price. I'm just surprised that Nike isn't cashing in on this set in the media.
