Having struggled with my putting for a long time I am always on the lookout for something that will transform me into Phil Mickelson! When I came across this ridiculous looking thing I thought my dreams had come true! From the moment I tried it I was confident from 15 feet inwards and even thos tricky three footers, although after a while now I am beginning to struggle again, the Futura seems to sit open at address and i am therefore inclined to push short and long putts sometimes finishing miles off line!I would describe this putter as a specialist putter for those who are already accomlpished putters e.g Phil Mickelson, but not for those wishing a small miracle, a thorough test is recommended before an impulse buy such as mine! Although don't be put off this is an excellently crafted piece of workmanship and can be a gem in the right hands!

As I watched Phil Mickelson on tv one sunday awhile back I noticed that he had changed putters and I did not really realize what kind of putter he was using. I assumed it was titleist but looking at this thing it was huge. I realized it was the futura and being left handed was even the more intrested. So I bought one. I never had puts roll as smooth and exact as this one. A real gem of a putter but ugly it reall yis a diamond in the rough. It really could be a real help to someone who has a problem on the green and needs confidence to close those score cards. This club will give you that and much more.

I purchased this putter based on the good reviews I've seen, and I'm not in the least bit disappointed. No putter in the world will take a person from being a lousy putter to a great one, but the Futura does have some great things going for it. First, everyone knows about the ease of alignment. I also do find that the club, because of the weighting, does attempt to stay on line during putts. Some people have said the Futura is too light in the head. I couldn't disagree more. I find the somewhat light head of the putter to be great. You can take a confident stroke anaccelerate through the ball, which I like. The milled aluminum face is very soft and provides a nice 'click,' which gives instant feedback on ones stroke. The feel of the putter reminds me very much of the Railgun putter. I liked the Railgun, but I feel the Futura is much superior overall. While it hasn't turned me into Dave Pelz, and it won't. It has made putting more enjoyable for me and its given me much more confidence in short putts and lag-putting from the 20 - 30 foot range. That's really all I can ask of any putter. The only complaint I have is with the size of the head and the headcover, but I can live with this minor problem. Above all, the Futura is just plain fun to put with and I don't regret buying it for a second.

This is a wonderful putter. Being left-handed I could only pratice with the in-store right-handed models. However once I took one stroke with this putter I knew it was special. The feel is like no other. I've tested the Newports and Studio Design and while they are great, they just don't stack up to the futura. I would highly recommend this putter because it is a "weapon of mass destruction" on the greens. One thing that I have struggled with using this putter is the longer putts of 30+ feet, however anything inside that distance is 2 putt or less.

WOW! Where do I begin? This is the greatest putter that I have ever tried not to mention ever seen. The balance of this putter is truely a Scotty Cameron! No other putters preform like the Scotty Cameron line of putters. I was averaging 2 to 3 putts a hole, but because I hit it long I could keep my score in the 80's. Now that I have this putter I know that my scores will soon be getting in the 70's. I was playing the 2Ball putter but this putter is NO comparison, it is like night and day. I agree with the other reviews that this feels like cheating. This putter is worth every penny. I would have paid twice as much(I'm glad I didn't have too!) I think that Scotty Cameron Has done it again. I have tried his other putters like the Newport 2 stainless and the feel of balance is dead on! I was saving up my money to buy the Newport 2 but after reading the reviews on the Futura I decided to pick up the Futura and I am glad that I did. The only complaint that I have is that the head cover looks like an oven mitt. I guess theres nothing that can be done about that. If any one out there finds an after market one that is better please drop me an E-mail I would really appreciate it. Try this putter you will not be sorry. Scotty Cameron is the best in the business in my humble opinion. It is well worth the time and money to buy any one of his putters. Don't let the Price bother you. I can't seem to understand it, People will pay $400.00 for a driver that they will probally only use 14 times a round at best. but they will hesitate to spend $400.00 for a top quality putter that at the very least you will use for 18 strokes (Par is 36 putts a round) Half of your score consist of putts, but it never fails that people will decline spending money on the most important club you could ever own! It must be an EGO thing! I laugh at people who I see pull out the latest most expensive driver ever made. and when we get to the green they grab a bargan putter that they got on sale, and miss the hole by a mile. Sure they got on that long par 5 in 2 but they still ended up with a Bogey!(that used to be me) Actually I love them! because they are paying for my Scotty Cameron! The Futura is the best out there! Try it you wont regret it!

Best putter ever made...if you're going to spend big cash on any club, start here; the putter is the most important club in the bag, so why waste $$$$ on a driver when you use a putter ten times more!!! Easy to align, great pace control due to balsa wood-like weight, classy, futuristic appearance, simply a winner...Lefty isn't crazy...he knows his stuff

Played with it for the last 3 rounds and now I swears by it. This the best putter I have ever tried. I can actually make 10 foot putts and 3 footers are now a gimme. Looks unusual but believe me it works.
