This putter is unconventional I agree but the alignment and setup are not. I have found the putter to be very comfortable in my hands, but must admit I like more weight in the head to give me more feel. I have found through experimentation that adhereing 10 nikels ( five, placed from the bottom side, in each of the first two of the three openings)gives this putter wonderful feel. Scott Cameron is probably steaming right now, but it is NOW the best putter I have ever owned. It is worth all $200, no, make that $200.50 that I have ever invested. Many have no problem spending $300, $400 even $450 on a driver they use 14 times a round. Find a good putter which you will use 33 times a round and help your score. Maybe not the Futura but find one it will pay big dividends. My Dad says " Drive for show...Putt for dough"

Great Putter Highly recommended!! Looks like a potato masher but puts so good and such good roll it really is a great putter. Scotty knew what he was doing when he developed this baby. If you want one get one they are pretty resonable. If youhave problems on the putting service tis will give you confidence from 20 plus feet away. When you can leave it a few inches from the hole or even in you really know you have something special. After all putting is almost 60 percent of the game and is the part the determines the outcome of the round.

This is the best putter I have ever picked up. I had a Odyssey Rossie II that I thought I would never take out of my golf bag and then I saw the Futura. Unlike many people, I don't find this putter ugly. I actually really like the look of this putter. I agree with most of the reviewers, the technology is amazing. The balls rolls right at impact. Most lag putts are inches from the hole. And pretty much anything within ten feet is in the cup. It is a bit on the expensive side but at the same time it's worth every penny. Considering how much the average golfer spends on driver's that they may use 10 to 12 times in a round. They're better off spending their money on a putter like this one which they'll use on all 18 holes.

Truly amazing putter. I invested without ever testing this putter out but hey if its good enough Phil Mickelson there must be something special about it and there was. The feel creates an awe of confidence and lining up is a dream you know exactly where the ball is going to run. Take my advice and buy one.

AWESOME! Technology is great! Everyone who says that this is an ulgy putter must be over the hill and stuck with my grandfathers mind set, that a putter should look boring to work. Step into the 21st century this is the best thing that has happend to my game! This putter is very easy to align and because it is so light it makes it easy to lag putts, because you can get a sense of hitting the ball, and not just a mass of iron swinging through like a pendulum. Do yourself a favor and try it, it is exceptional from long distance and for those close putts. If my wife wouldn't kill me I would buy a second Futura as a back up. In my opinion I would pay up to $400.00 for this putter it would be worth every penny!! I'm glad I didn't have to. I am an equipment junky and I have tried almost everything that even sound remotely like it could improve my game. in the last 6 mo. I went through 4 of the top brands of drivers, 5 different putters, and several different brands of fairway woods. And of the hundreds of dollars that I spent the only iten in my bag that I truely feel is worth every penny is the Futura putter. Try it. You'll never know if this is the right putter for you by reading these reviews, Trust me I know! What works for you may not work for anyone else.

Ugly Ugly Ugly I have putted very well with - making 2 to 3 ten to twenty footers a round that I normally don't. Have missed some short ones I normally don't by pushing to the right. So far - I'm very impressed

This is a really soft putter and is worth to spend money on this putter.. There is one problem though, it is ugly and HUGE...if you are a walker then i wouldn't recommend this because it could talk up your whole bag...this putter would be great for cart bags. Long puts aren't that great for this putter but from about 1-14 feet, this is great...

Very expensive potato masher which coincidentally doubles as superb putter. It took 3 rounds to get used to it's propensity to "feel" open at address, but once you trust the aim, and firm up your wrists to promote a pendulum swing, the results became excellent. Played a white hot insert previously and thought a metal face requires a gentler impact--not with this aluminum face. Great for those with proper stroke, smooth pace. For those with jerky mechanics--spend the money on a teacher!!!On second thought, go ahead and buy it. My thinking is that if you doled out mega bucks for this putter, you might put some effort towards mastering it; maybe by doing this, along the way, you'll develop the proper technique. In any case, this putter inspires confidence.

this is by far the best putter i have ever played with. i am a pga professional at dunlop golf course. before i got this i had the Odyssey 2ball putter. for a long time i thought it was a break through in putter technology. and it was, but the futura is a lot better. because it is more forgiving, more balanced, and more square at impact and set up. there is only one flaw. it looks extremely weird. but you really can't go wrong with either one. i give the 2ball a four and the futra a five. the futura is considerably better.
