I'm ordering a left handed futura from pro golf tomorrow. The only concern I have is that the left handed model only comes in 35" and I intend to cut it down. I know this putter is already light, when I cut it down how much lighter is it going to be, and what should I do after I cut it down. Similar Products Used: 2-ball 3 putt, cameron del mar three |

First of all I was very pleased to see a lefthanded model in our pro shop. The guys let me take it out for a round / practice session. WOW! This putter is amazing. The alignment, feel is fantastic. This instills confidence. 6 footers are in. My putting is usually weak. The first 18 played with this putter,(2nd round of the season) no 3 putts, several rimmers, 4 1 putts. 32 putts. For me, that is amazing. This putter helps my game. Similar Products Used: Odyssey two ball. |

I am a gear junkie (and know thank god a lesson junkie so I'm getting better). I have had every club and putter made. I was fortunate to tee it up with a European PGA Tour Pro who had one in his bag and let me hit hit on the practice green. I put the Futura in my bag the next day and have been making puts from every where! You cannot line this putter up off line. The feel is awesome and it has a great solid feel through the ball with a nice "klink" on impact. This putter has saved me about 5-6 shots a round. Expensive but worth it at twice the price. Customer Service No experience yet. Similar Products Used: Numerous Scotty Cameron Newports, Odyesey Rossie, Ping, Nicklaus, and the list goes on and on... Now that I have the Futura I will not use another putter again this is the big one! |

Laughed when I first saw this putter, bought the 2ball DFX instead, went back and exchanged it for the Futura and have never been happier. Great feel, distance control on long putts and very accurate on short putts. I have tried everything from belly putters to long putters to all insert putters, this Cameron gives me the confidence I never had on the green. Worth the money and believe me this is not a fad, once golfers get over the looks and try this on real greens they will discover that the ball comes off this putter face like no other putter. The Futura is one of the most enjoyable putters I have come across. As a loyalist to Cameron Quality, I have tried them all. I have a weakness to try just about any putter I can get my hands on. I actually got a hold of a futura a few months back, tried it on the practice green and proceeded to sell it. After a couple of months I decided I needed to give it more of a chance. The results are in and the futura is staying in my bag. The feel soft soft and responsive and the it supplies great confidence whether you are 40 feet or 4 feet from the hole. As a past user of the two-ball, I know firsthand how much easier the futura is to lag which ws my mine complaint about the two-ball. Without a doubt I have greatly enjoyed putting the futura in my bag!!! |

Takes just a few minutes to get comfortable with the "mass" on the end of the putter. Will be some ribbing about looking like a branding iron or a wind chime, but it is well worth it. I've went back and forth with my Bettinardi and the Futura. I'm convinced the Futura gets the ball on line easier and has a much better feel. This past weekend I had 7 birdies in one round. I have so much confidence in this putter. I don't get much teasing now. Buy this with confidence and work with it. Is the same principle as the 2-ball putter (which I could not putt very well). You'll make up the cost in bets. |

This is the best putter I have ever owned! Shot it for about five rounds now and haven't had a three-put yet. If you swing with a pendulum-motion, there isn't a better putter out there. Distance control and accuracy are unbelievable. Yes they are expensive but most people will spend 300 to 500 on a driver, can't hit it, and only pull it out 12 times a round--max (Most people are going to hit at least 36 putts a round). Buy this putter. You will not regret it. I hit about 500 putts with this club trying to convince myself it was better than my old putter. I hit everything from 3 footers to 20 footers. I wish I could say it was straighter or easier, but it just wasn't. I think under pressure it might be easier to hit the 2-3 footer, but it certainly didn't pan out that way on the practice green. The putter is amazingly soft and the look really wasn't an issue after putting with it for a while. I ended up going with a Studio Stainless and love it. It's as straight as my old putter but the feel is much better. FYI - I did find that I hit the Futura a little straighter if I lined up the ball a little further back in my stance.
