My cousin, a golf pro in detroit, gave me this for free seeing that i needed a sand wedge. It doesn't really do a whole lot of good for me except from the sand and chipping to an elevated green. I basically can't hit it from anywhere longer than 40 yards out because I skull it. So now I've learned to just use my trusty 52* Cleveland 900 tour action gap wedge from shots where I'd normally hit a sand wedge.

save yourselves some time and energy and just pay the money for these babies...no way are you going to find anything that comes close...i bought a titleis, then a callaway, then a mizuno (mind you I have mp-32 irons), and they were pretty nice i thought....then i bought the clevelands, and all the others suddenly sucked. the callaway is made of 10 lbs of iron...the vokey is made of steel, and the mizuno couldnt stop a ball in a mudhole. I now know why cleveland is king of wedges...the feel is so soft you think you hit the ball with your hand...the square groves almost rip the cover right off the ball... you will find yourself asking how much room is behind the pin cause if you play anything softer than a dunlop its gonna dance. the finish is coming off the sole of the club but i dont hit the ball with the finish so it doesn't bother me. yes they will ding easy because they are that soft so you have to take care of them. well worth any extra effort required to spin it like the pros. as far as the price goes, you get what you pay for and i think its been worth every penny

One word "Outstanding"...I love these wedges...they have really lowered my scores and allowed me to do things around the greens I have never done..like back a ball up and stop it on a dime..My short game was never great, but these wedges are improving it dramatically..maninly due to the confidence they give you...I find them to be very forgiving and with a soft buttery feel on full swings...I chip with nothing but the Lob and it sticks the ball right by the pin. They put big spin on the balls and checking up is now a breeze.. Great wedges and can be bought reasonable on Ebay...I bought both of mine for less than $100 shipped and in like new condition..At least try these before you buy something else, you won't regret it....

I received a 52* with a set of CG4 Tour irons and was so impressed I went and ordered the 56 and 60 lofts. Very similar to the Titleist Vokey wedges. I cant decide which I like better. Beware though the square grooves can give you r ball the fuzzies.

As far as performance I love this wedge. It has a great soft feel to it and the spin is good to control chip shots. However I don't think I'll buy another one. It dings way too easily and the finish is starting to wear off on the sole. It looks like I've had it much longer than I have and I don't want to have to pay for a new one every year. I have a 588 gap wedge that is much more durable so I think I'll stick with the 588's.

I have used a Cleveland 900 GW for several years and it's superior to any wedge I had tried.......until now. The CG10 is (in my opinion) in a class by itself. It is difficult to describe the soft feel. It's like the ball is on a string. A decent swing produces good results. Yes, they are a bit "pricey", but increased confidence in my short game....PRICELESS....

Customer Service

Purchased this wedge from The Golf Warehouse via the net during their 15% off Memorial Day Sale (yes, a little less pricey...). However, within 24 hours, I changed my mind as to the bounce I wanted. Even so, within 72 hours of submitting that change, I was on the golf course with the desired club.

I used 588RTG's for about 4 years and I really trusted those clubs but it was wearing out quickly and I had to find a new set of wedges. I had no idea what I was going to find when I went looking but what I found was the holy grail of wedges, THE CG 10's. These are the best wedges I have ever hit and I did not hink I would ever be able to say that. I would recommend these wedges to anyone if you really wat to make a ball dance on the green. Cleveland has outdone itself this time. Great club!

I've had this club for about a year and I love it. I got it for use as my sandwedge but find myself using it around the greens and for long pitch shots more than I do out of bunkers. I can pick the ball clean off the turf and easily pitch the ball 40 yards and stop it after one hop. The feel is fantastic and my first round playing with it I chipped in twice for eagle on a couple long par 5's after I pushed my 2nd into the fringe or light rough.

Recently got the 54 degree standard bounce wedge and absolutely love it. The ball feels crisp and tight coming off of the club face and I'm able to spin the ball more and control the flight and spin better than with my existing wedges. The feedback is great without feeling harsh even on mis-hits. The club definitely feels softer and more controlled than other wedges I've tried and has inspired more confidence in my short game which makes all the difference. Distance control is effortless and the ball seems to check up on the green immediately. I've been so pleased with this club that I'm now in the market to replace my lob wedge with a CG 10. I keep reading from other reviewers about the higher price, but from my standpoint it's worth it to spend a few extra dollars to get this kind of performance, especially when you consider the number of shots that most people will be using a wedge for and the real possibility of lowering scores by improved short game play.

soft...soft...SOFT! These clubs are truely amazing. These have taken my short game to a whole new level. No longer do I pull those half shots, no longer do I catch shots fat, no longer am I more than 10 feet from the hole. I know these clubs are more expensive than the 588s, but they are worth every last penny. Haven't noticed significant wear on them yet (seems to be the common trend among people), but they should be alright. Standard bounce is perfect for every type of condition, and it helps on the 58 to get the ball out of the sand, and still be able to hit a flop. Buy these things!
