Admittedly, the first thing that caught my eye about these wedges was the look. They are incredibly good-looking with classic lines and the heavy feel of a solid wedge. What made me come back for the 56 and 60 degree wedges was the playability. These are true scoring wedges with several different bounce and sole options. I bought the 52 degree wedge to fill in the gap between my PW and my old Cleveland 588 60, and it performed beautifully...I use it from the fairway at about 100 to 107 yards and even on long greenside bunker shots. I opted for the 256.14 in the sand wedge for two reasons - my swing angle is pretty steep and because I planned to use it for short fairway shots (80-90 yards and in)...I've found that I can only hit this club around 80 to 85 yards max, though. I bought the 260.04 for pretty much the same reasons - there is less bounce, but I still use it from the sand and greenside - but it is also a great club from the fairway at about 65 to 75 yards. All tolled (or is it all told?) I can't tell a huge amount of difference from the Cleveland 588, but those are also great wedges. In cases like this, it sometimes actually does boil down to which clubs are more aesthetically pleasing to you, and these clubs not only look cool in the bag, they perform at a high level, as you would expect from Bob Vokey/Titlesit.

Customer Service

It's a retail chain here in the California bay area, so the customer service is pretty much what youwold expect...get you in, get you out with product in hand. Haven't experienced any service direct from Titleist, so I can't comment on that.

This is undoubtedly the most dominant wedge in the game of golf today. It is a combination of class, looks, technology and preformance. With its thermoclast heat treatment coupled with the oil can finish, it makes any bag look that much better. Looks is not the only thing this wedge has to offer. Wedgeability, playability and bunkerability are three of the most dominant attributes describing this masterpiece. Whether you are looking for a low flight shot covered in jizz, or a highflying pinsticker, when played by the master of touch, this club has it all. DID I MENTION FEEL!!! No one would think that a heated oil can treatment would affect the feel of this club, but it does. With the softness of a babies bottom, literally, this club will be one you want to hit from any location near the green. To top it of, a little bit of rust. Over time this club will age to your satisfaction, leaving a fine coat of rust on the surface to allow for increased spin; the result, a timeless work of art.

The best wedge ever in my opinion. I purchased the 56 degree with a 10 bounce. the oil on these clubs does wear away after continous use, resulting in an untreated RAW wedge that is supposed to rust after time. the rust is great for spin and provides a softer feel from all shots. This club is a craftsmen club which can pull off shots you never thought imaginable. You can even control the ballflight e.g you can hit a high, soft landing shot or a low chaser that checks up after a few bounces. The spin is controllable with very few shots spinning off the green. overall the club is great, but to save yourself money i would opt for the original RAW club as the oil can will turn into this anyway and the oil doesnt do anything that the raw cant apart from look good. so paying an extra £10-£20 just for the look isnt worth it.

no problems here.

i used to have a cleveland gunmetal 900 series forged. Even though the titliest clubs arent forged in my opinion the feel is equally if not better than the cleveland.
