I just played with this ball.It has very good distance, but at the same time it is still soft! The durability is outstanding. It is a great value. It does not spin very much to hold on the green.Since it is soft "hard ball" it is hard to determine putting speed on a fast green. On slow greens you can putt with confidence. It is now my ball of choice to play. However,I will try the Professional soon.Play with this ball and you will enjoy yourself!!

It's the best all-around ball out there on the market. It has great distance with a lot of feel.

Agree with Paul from NC. tried them out a few times for a change and they are an excellent "hard" ball. I normally play the Professionals. Full shots with say a 6 or 7 iron will hit and release 2 to 4 feet, whereas the profs will hit, release a few feet and back up a few feet. I liked the fact that you don't get any sidespin hops on chipshots like you might especially with a balata, although you need a little more green to work with. Driver distance was a few yards longer and maybe a little straighter than my Prof., and iron distance was also a yard or two longer. When the greens are sssllooww, it's a very good choice of ball. Hard to control with the putter on quicker greens. Great durability, so value grading is high

This is probably the perfect ball for the mid handicapper. Personally, I am a scratch golfer and bought a sleeve of these out of curiosity. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they performed in almost all situations. I played a casual round with one of these without a scuff or cut of any kind, so durability was excellent. They spin well on full shots, and are sneaky long off the woods. The only shortcomings I found were little spin on pitch shots and not the best feel when putting. Of course, I always play Tour Balatas which I believe are the best balls on the market so I guess I am used to tons of spin from all situations. I felt these were good all-around balls and pretty cheap, especially when you can buy a dozen X-outs for $10.00. I won't be giving up my Balatas but these weren't a huge disappointment like the HP Eclipses. Overall, another good ball from Titleist.

Customer Service

Not bad, but they are a week and a half overdue on sending me my Vokey wedge and won't respond to my e-mails.

Listen to Josh. This ball is soft, but goes a long, long way. It has the largest core of any 2-piece ball. The feel and spin are great, and yet it still goes far. Trust me, you'll like this ball.

This is an all around great ball. I can control it well and the trajectory is medium to low. Jake, I know what you mean about the spin. It doesn't spin like TA's or Pro V's but it checks up nicely. It flies fairly long but not like the 3 piece balls. The feel is much softer than you would expect, (1=softest 10=hardest this ball is a two)An excellent buy for all that it is worth. Go buy it now!

Very Good Ball--took the Titleist ball fitting test this is what it gave me--not disappointed at all--I have fell in love with it's soft feel, it's enough to make you want to hit a iron off every tee--it really shoots off the face off the club very well, and the combo of that and the soft feel is great. BUT I HAVE NO IDEA WHY TITLEIST LISTS IT AS HAVING A GOOD SPIN RATE...VERY AVERAGE IF YOU ASK ME!

This ball isn't for me. It's an ok ball overall, but, not very long with my Ping woods. It does stop well on the greens, but, doesn't roll much even with a driver. Just too expensive for an average ball. However, if you want to play a Titleist ball, this is a decent choice. Just not mine.

Best ball that I have played to date! It's got just about the same distance as the longest balls out there (my previous choice in this category was Titleist Tour Distance), with durability and a ton more soft feel and spin. Just an excellent all-around ball. Plays much better than the Professional, IMHO-I find the Professional to be TOO soft and short. It's a bit pricier than some other balls out there, but it's a Titleist! (and it's still cheaper than the Professionals!) If you're looking to add a a lot of feel and control to your game while maintaining distance and durability, try this ball!
