I have been searching for the right driver for some time. I have probably spent close to $1500 on clubs, in the last 18 to 24 months, which feel great when hitting them into a net at golf equipment stores. But fail miserably on the range/course.

Recently, I have been reading reviews of clubs, namely the Taylor Made Series of drivers, the Titleist drivers, Mizuno Forged Titanium, and the Ping drivers. I recently had the opportunity to try all of them head to head and the winner is definitely the Wilson Big Red. It is as long and feels as solid (If not more solid) as any of the above mentioned drivers, but is more conistent, more accurate, and mis hits are "less awful". After hitting approximately 200 balls with all of the above mentioned drivers, the WBR was the hands-down winner. I actually hit the Mizuno a bit farther, but the WBR was right up there. Also, my biggest swing flaw, especially with my driver, is I "bail out" and hit the ball to the right. With everything I hit, if I did that, the ball would start out right, and slice, ending up "right of right". With the WBR the ball starts out right, but stays dead straight. The club is a bit pricy, but well worth it.

Go out and try hitting a WBR head-to-head with any other driver and you will come to the same conclusion I did. The Wilson Deep Red driver feels great, it is long, and it is a great club.

The Fat Shaft revolution has begun! The Purespin Driver and this are the BEST on the market. This one's better actually. I tried the TM 300 series. Not comparable. This one goes same distance, but MUCH straighter. This one goes mediocore carry, but oh boy does it roll! I'd give it an 11 out of 10. This is the best!

I am never easily impressed...but this
club is the best driver I have ever hit...by FAR!!! Easy to swing, great looking club, and best of all great results...mishits are still out there
and in the fairway. I am sold....I don't

This a great club. I have the 10.5 with the stiff shaft and love it. The should have bought 9 degree because the 10.5 will moon launch some shots. they still go far but not manageable on a windy day. I put the ball farther back in my stance and works fine. Sound is incredible. I love this club.

I went to buy a new driver with every intention of getting an Adams ST. When I got to the store I tried several including the Adams, Taylor Made 320, Callaway vft, and the Steelhead Plus. Then the shop owner told me to try the Deep Red...WOW! Not only does this club have stunning good looks but it feels just as good. For me it boiled down to what felt the best. Once I got it out on the course I was even more impressed. I have never been a long hitter and never will be (not even with my Deep Red), But this club is the most accurate and forgiving club I have ever used. I tip my cap to Wilson.

Definitely added distance to my drive, I still hit a slice sometimes, which this driver seems to exagerate at times.

Very good club. Very playable. Great sound at impact. Almost everyone that I have played with has asked to hit the club and have liked it also. Has a great feel and great looks. I have 110+ swing speed and stiff shaft is plenty stiff.

I am thrilled with the performance of this club. It has a great feel and very good trajectory. I have a tendency to fade or slice but this club prevents this problem unless you really make a poor swing. It has a large head and a big sweetspot. I have used it for two rounds and it really enhances my enjoyment of the game. It can also be hit off the fairway if you have a good lie. It is also very attractive and is far superior to the new Callaway VFT.
