these are the best fairway woods I have ever used. they are easy to hit with a nice ball flight and very accurate. the distance results are above average and the feel of the club is well balanced. i purchased the 3 & 5 wood with r flex graphite and standard hosel and lie angle.

Customer Service

the best quality but it takes longer to get the products because they are a small company that does not mass produce.

As is the most important issue with all woods,(irons too) the shafts were very disappointing in the I3 stainless fairway woods. I ordered mine 14* & 17* with 2* flat lie- with the stock Aldila 350 stiff shaft. After hitting a few, I had these frequencied out at a seniors flex shaft (softer than regular flex). The heads, however, are outstanding. They pick the ball off the turf quite easily & are surprisingly forgiving. I like the fact that they set up quite square, unlike others that are closed club face. I had them custom re-shafted-and now they are outstanding. I hit them very straight with a higher than average ball flight (but they don't balloon). I recommend demoing due to the questionable shafts...especially if you produce higher swing speeds. If these came with a good, low torque shaft, I'd give them an overall rating of 5.

Customer Service

Ping's customer service is a little slow-but very helpful & cooperative.

I had been playing without a 5 wood for years. Recently decided to put one back in my bag. Got a great deal on a 2 degree upright stiff shaft eye3 5 wood. This club is the best fairway wood i've ever hit. great off the tee, tough lies, sand... extremely solid and straight. You can work the ball left or right, high or low. I will soon add a 3 wood with same specs.

Eventhough I caved in the face of my first Ping i3 this has got to be the best so far. I have been using the 12* fairway wood and it is real easy to hit off the deck and excellent off the tee. If you plan on buying one, demo first and then get fitted. It's the only way to go.

Customer Service is not as good as Callaway.

I firmly believe there is no such thing as a miracle club but this one comes pretty close. Ping definitely has a winner on their hands here. It is very long, straight, and easy to work. Quite forgiving and very responsive. The compact head and shallow face takes a little getting used to (especially if you are used to using the larger Ti-like fairway woods) but after making the adjustment, you're flying. An excellent "safe" driver that is equally long off the deck.

These clubs are the best!!! I bought the o-size irons with a stiff shaft and liked them since the first time I hit the first ball. They are very forgiving even when the ball is hit from the rough. And,I have lowered my score. Make sure you are custom fitted before you buy them.

A superb product which is one of my most used clubs due to it's playability form the fairway and consistancy off the tee. I hit it as far as my Supersteel Three Wood (Well, until I cracked it 280 yards the other day, but hey). This is a very good value club.

None, but it's supposed to be unbelieveably good

These make hitting woods so easy, they are great from any lie and are very consistent and forgiving. I will be adding the 20* 7 wood to my bag very soon.

I bought this club at golf town, and I was comparing it against the Steelhead Plus, Trimetal Plus, and Tight Lies 2. It BLEW AWAY the competition. It was an easy choice , because at golf town, they had an electronic simulator which was like a virtual driving range. I was hitting this club about 240 yards +(off the floor) about 20 yards longer than the others. I could draw, fade, hook, and slice with this club and for a 14 year old, thats pretty good. Its a big reason why im hitting in the 70's. It helps me hit the par 5's in two, and when my driver's not working, it never lets me down. If you want to hit par 5's in two and make short par 4's birdie holes, GET THIS CLUB!!!!!

The ball simply flies off off the club face with ease. Great distance and accuracy. I now have a choice besides my driver for those Long Par 4 and 5 holes. You can easily hit a nice straight 250+ yd shot off of the tee or fairway with this beauty. I have no doubt that this club will help me break 100 in the near future.
