If feel is important to you then these are it and thats that. They feel so sweet when you hit it sweet that a Pavlovian response is begins to take hold and all you can think about is hitting it sweet again. Being a blade they give harsh feedback when hit poorly and you will know exactly where you hit it on the face. They are magic around the greens. There is no more fun to be had on a golf course than hitting a Maxfli Revo, V1 or TA sweet with an 8 iron and watching it start low, then arc up, land with cat''s feet and come back about 4 feet. Although a miss hit will make your hands shake for a week, a solid shot in the sweet spot will give you the shot you want. Not a club for the high handicapier due to the small sweet spot, but for the better golfer, you won''t hit a club that has a better feel. |

It is no wonder Mizuno irons are the best on tour. First time I play a muscle back traditional blade. Took me 5 or 6 swings, but quickly got it. I am not going to BS and say they are the most forgiving, but muscle backs are usually not. I strongly recommend any single digit handicappers to give them a shot. They provide better distance and better feel once you get used to them. The ball simply rockets off the face of these guys. |

I have been playing this game for two years and I have never hit a more pure feeling shot in my life. Don''t listen to anybody who says you have to be a scratch golfer to play these beautiful clubs. My first swing was a 7 iron that a launched 195 yards with a range ball in a light rain. The long irons are just as easy to hit as the short. The clubs I currently own are callaway s2h2 that like ten years old. I also have never hit a blade iron before. I''m going to stop rambaling now Just go try them and you will Know what I''m taking about. Similar Products Used: none |

I had ping ISI irons and wanted to move up to a club that I could do more with. The first two rounds I thought I had really made a big mistake. During the 3rd round I found my set up which is quite a bit different and thing quickly changed. Solid only begins to define the MP-33. The 4th round was the best round ever. I can work the ball left and right, high or low. The best move I could have Made. The clubs feel like the ball melts on the club face when hit in the sweet spot and you know when you do not but the ball will still keep it''s line, but not distance. The swing weight is a little more than the ISI which takes a little getting use to. I have been a Ping guy for a long time but I love the MP-33s. If you are ready for a blade, this could be it. Got my mp-33 two weeks ago, and tried on the course for the first time yesterday. The club is deadly accurate when you hit it square and on the sweet spot. The clubs give you great feedback and reward you with soft and effortless feelings. Off center hits lose about 10 yards but not directionally. However, the MP-33 seems to fly much higher and about 10 yards shorter than my Ping ISI. I compare the loft of ISI and MP-33, I found out the loft on the MP-33 is about 1 to 1.5 degree weaker. I plan to have the MP-33 loft strengthen 1 degree and I will write another review. Similar Products Used: Ping ISI |

just received my mp33''s, and they are fantastic. i had them custom made with rifle shafts 5.5 and 2 degrees stronger lofts. i can work the ball right to left and left to right on demand. these clubs are everything that they say that they are. the performance is great, and i am just very happy. for all you mid-handicappers don''t be afraid to purchase these irons. you can play with these clubs. mis-hits are a little harsh, but with a little practice you will enjoy them. Customer Service they were great, and very helpful. it just took 1 wk to have clubs custom made. to my specs Similar Products Used: mizuno ez comps |
