One of the best iron sets I've played. Great trajectory (high long irons, flat, boring short irons) excellent distance control, and wonderful feel. Very playable from a variety of lies (small heads, and a friendly sole grind help here) and simply one of the best looking irons out there. I like the slightly rounder look compared to MP-29's. I also found them to be much more workable, a little more forgiving, and maybe a shade longer than my Titleist DCI 990's. If you practice a lot, these are for you, as the feel and shot feedback is incomparable. Similar Products Used: Titleist 990, 962B, Hogan Apex, Cleveland TA-1ff, TA-3ff, MacGregor PMB |

Have been searching for the right new iron since July. Demoed everything from the Titleist 990's to the new Armour 845's. Nothing felt as soft or as playable as my current set of Wilson Staff Progressives. I learned that Mizuno was releasing a hybrid club in the Fall and waited. Well, it was worth it. I tried the 7 and 3 and compared them to mine. Better ball flight, soft as any club, and just as forgiving. At least 1/2 club longer too. I order a set on the spot and expect them to arrive in a few weeks. Look for my next posting on the playability of the 33's after I take them to the course. Just hit these into a driving wind. They bore through it. I also drew the ball more easily than with the MP-29. Feel? Trademark Mizuno. It was about 30 degrees and snowing lightly. My hands stung on every mis-hit but I could not believe how good these sticks felt, even under these conditions. The feel is just as good as the 29s and the hitting area is bigger. Also, an aesthetically delicious club. Similar Products Used: Titleist 990 |

These are by far the best clubs out for top golfers. They have the same buttery feel for which mizuno has been known for. The cosmetics are better than the 29 and 14's. I can't get enough of these clubs. They are just great. Similar Products Used: all |

I couldn't ask for anything more. The head design is perfect for me. After shopping around for a replacement for my old MP-14s, nothing came came close to the feel except other Mizunos. With the MP-33s, this is as good as it gets. I like these more than others because of its less offset, thinner, sandblasted topline, beveled trailing edge, face profile, and U-grooves. Have played MP29's for 4 years. Never dreamed that anything could come close to the 29's. Mizuno has outdone themselves. The MP33's share all the characteristics of previous forged models but these 33's go to the next level. Certainly not for everyone. If you take your golf seriously, you have got to try these. Will become classics in time. Customer Service Mizuno Canada not much help. Mizuno in Atlanta answered all my questions with enthusiasm.
