I fell in love with the feel of the mp-14 last year. When the mp-33 came out I thought I'd give em' a run. I fell in love. If you've got the time and game go for it. I'll be back with another review after more use. Obviously not for everybody. Not a swing improvement club. If you are a shot artist these may be for you.

demoed these sticks recently... and I have to say that they are good, but not great. I like the look a lot but don't think they're as playable as the 990's (duh they're blades) so I won't be shelling out for these... MP33s are a just miss, liked the mp14's much better.

Simply put, these are the best blades on the market today, or even the past 20 years. Hats off to Mizuno, the MP-33's are the best blade you can get. I had the oppurtunity to demo them for a round of golf here in Vegas, and I have to say they are as pure as the day. I currently own a set of Titleist Tour Model 86-90 "Groove Back" blades and let me tell you, as far as distance goes the shots off of the MP-33's flys right past the shots off the Titleist. Even when you hit the Titleist perfectly it still feels like it goes nowhere, not the case with the MP-33's, when you hit a solid shot it flys. I honestly feel handicap has nothing to do with it. If you are half way decent ball striker, I say you have to give these a try. Don't go into them thinking they are going to feel like Callaway's, if you really want to learn to play golf the right way to improve you have to try Mizuno blades. In my opinion there are only two clubs right now on the market that I would consider buying, obviously the Mizuno MP-33's and any one of the three from the Ben Hogan Apex line, whether it's the Apex, Apex Plus, or Apex Edge. You can't go wrong with Mizuno or Hogan. Simply the two best!

I'd been carrying Ping ISI-S's for the last few years and wasn't sure that I had the game to carry forged blades. Come to find that I've been totally missing out. The MP-33's are by far the best irons I've ever played or demo'ed, ever. They will do anything that you ask of them, if you've got the game. More forgiving than I would have thought, especially on thin shots. Aesthetically one of the best looking set of sticks out there, definitely turn heads. I let my pro try them out and he wants to trade in his Hogan Apex's. To the people who have knocked these clubs, go back and get you some Callaway's or Cobras.

i paid $1600 canadian which works out to about $1000 american, we have 14% tax in BC (7 and 7) anywayz, i got the 2 iron for no cost and also got the grips changed to Golf Pride Tour Velvet Full Cord as opposed to the stock grips at no cost, mainly because i am such a good customer :) i was originally gonna play with my 681's but after some talking to buy the owner of the store, my good buddy Brian, decided to keep them in the box, but i wanted a new set of irons to play with, it was not too difficult a decision to pick these, i still like the look of the Hogan Apex Blades more than these, but decided to take these instead, they really are the sweetest set of clubs out right now

Can hit it high, low, left to right, right to left, straight.

If your handicap is single digit, you are wasting your time with any other cllub.

simply the best.

Can in with bad lie angles, but you can bend these as you like, no problem.

These clubs are the sweetest things around! The trajectory is piercing and cuts through the breeze like Tiger's 'stingers'. I can hit any shot I want to with these clubs and now feel in command of the golf course firing at any pin placement with little regard of the consequences. My friends at my course now call me White Tiger as I am the master of the links and conquer all I survey. Before (when I was playing the hogans) they used to call me king hacker as I could not hit a thing with those old blades (not even a beach ball). I know what you are thinking- "I'll never be as good as this guy, he's the king"- but I tell you if you buy these irons you can atleast try and be as good as me, even though you'll never succeed. Just last week Tiger asked me how I hit all my iron shots with such poetic grace and unmatched beauty as the little wite ball sailed trough the air wondering when it would land-I just turned around and said, "if only you knew".

Customer Service

None at all.(Except they say they won't replace the heads when they break because I hit the ball too hard.)

Amazing Feel. That sums it up for these clubs. About 5 yards less per iron, very little forgiveness, but man... the feel on these is great. If you're under a 5 handicaps, you'll like these clubs... if you miss the sweetspot more than 5% of the time, you're going to be disappointed.
