Heard only good things about these wedges so I decided to give it a shot. A bit pricey, but in the long run, you'll have this in your bag years from now. Great feel and good action on the ball.

This club, when hit well, will give you pro results. Really. But, you MUST hit it well. Once and a while I will slice one perpendicular to me with this club! Also, my max distance with this club is about 90 yards...It is capable of literally towering shots when you really lay into it--along with generous backspin. But, it really shines 40 yards and closer. It's almost like dialing in distance--choke up two inches, make a 1/2 swing, and it goes straight 40 yards exactly, every time. Out of the sand, it shines. It makes for beautiful shots from the bunker. I also like the heavy weight. It forces a slow swing but also gives quite a bit of feedback--it's sweet feeling even. It's not forgiving but is very rewarding when played well. The grip wears out a little fast and is hard though.

I'll admit it, when I first got this wedge I was not satisfied. I didn't get the desired distance out of my old mizuno sand wedge so I dropped down to a 54 degree clevelend. The first round that I used it in was pathetic, part of it was me, but I believed some of it was this wedge. However, the more I played with it the more I got used to it, and after playing with it for 3 months I wouldn't trade it for any other wedge. I would suggest trying it before you buy it, but this is a great wedge.

These 51, 56, 60 degree are the best wedges I have ever hit. I have never hit so many greens with such accuracy since I have been playing golf. The few traps that I have been in have been a breeze getting out of. These clubs also have been influential in holding more shots on the green from 50-120 yards.

These clubs are extremely easy to aim and play with. I have a 60 degree lob wedge and find it very easy to judge distances with this club. When I play well, this club has is a large factor as to my score at the end of the day because it can get me up and down very often.

Bought this wedge at Sam's Club after seeing a friend hole 2 shots from the fringe during a round..Absolutely love this club! For one thing the club looks fantastic and hits even better! I've been in a bunker hanging right on the edge and popped the ball out beautifully and stopped it on a dime! This club has saved me so many strokes around the green! No wonder this is the number 1 wedge on tour! It looks great in your bag and your friends will be impressed by the way it plays..It has a great touch and makes the short game a real blast! Buy it! You won't regret it!

Shoot 78-84. Best 56* wedge ever made, use to own chrome verison which is lighter than the RTG verison I have done and love the RTG weight better. Great Combo with the 52* 900

Model Reviewed: 588 53 and 60

I have had the 60 for several years and the 53 for about three. Both are the best wedges I have ever played. I realy like the low bounce on the 60. I don't carry a "true" sand wedge because I have so much confidence with either of my Clevelands from the beach. The 60 plays high and lands soft and the 53 will play with a little more roll. I'm left handed and until a few years ago had a hard time finding quality "players" equipment. I purchased both wedges because they were available in LH and never looked back. p.s. I also play Cleveland TA-5 irons and a Cleveland Launcher 3 wood. I've been demoing a Launcher 400 driver but probably will wait until spring to purchase a new driver.

since there is no 485 section ill leave it here. ive never tried a 588 but i do have a 900 forged 60 and i must say that with my 485 im far more confident, it seems more accurate and the weighting i find is much better. if you get the chance please do yourself a favor and try the 485 series. it will become your goto club im sure.
