Great ball. Love the extra distance when consistently hitting 300+ yard drives. Also gives me as much spin as I need. Price is a little spendy.

Customer Service

Great Job at re-shafting clubs.

This is without doubt the best ball i have ever played. It does everything Titleist say it does. I am getting more distance, although my driver is only a few yards longer. Where it comes into its own is 6 iron up. The ball does not arc, it goes up on a penetrating flight and then falls almost vertically to the ground. There is nearly always backspin, even with 6 and 7 irons.. The high ball flight is a problem in England with the wind, but it is a minor problem.

I played this ball for the first time yesterday. I had just got back from the Titleist Touring bus where they analyze your ball speed, spin, distance, etc... They spoke of no other balls than this one, so I had to try them back at my course. I consistently hit them 20 yards further than the Callaway Blue .35 I normally use. The don't have quite the spin on the green but they do bite and hold. Irons where consistently longer. Putting feel is the best I've experienced. This ball will definately improve any golfers game but it will take time to adjust because of the major difference in length on the irons. You will have to recalibrate your distance on the irons, but after you do, your scores will undoubtedly get lower and lower because you are consistently using less club. I played about the same score wise but that is great considering I was having to get up and down on the greens do to going over on quite a few greens. Bottom Line: probably the best ball I've played. Awesome distance, straight and true, good feel, good spin, and puts soft and true. Cons: If you are a higher handicapper, unless your pocket book is thick, you may want to stay with what you have because if you go in the water or can't find your ball in the rough, you will get real frustrated because you won't be able to swallow the five dollar bill you drop on the course each time you lose one!

An absolutely fantastic ball, off the tee and on the green. Pure drives carry further, but the real difference was on mis-hits (straighter trajectory, better distance). Best feel off a putter of any Titleist ball in years (including the Balatta, which to me is too soft). Doesn't have the serious spin action of some other balls, but I had no problems firing right at pins early in the season -- sticking the ball, instead of backing it up three to four feet.

Titleist has confirmed the obvious that the Pro V-1 is not a Professional and is the same one being used on tour. Play on.

Love the ball. Less spin then the Strata but it still performs excellent. Only concern is a Titleist Rep I spoke with said the ball being sold to the public is a Titleist Professional. Waiting for response from Tiltleist.

Long of the tee (probably +10-15 yards in avg. w/the driver) and holds the line very well in the wind. Seems to spin somewhat less than Titleist Pro and Prestige but is actually preferable once you get used to it (my view). Feel off woods and long irons is firm (not hard), fell off short irons and wedges seems softer. Spins a bit less than the above balls on chips but once you get used to it, it's no problem. Nice feel on putts (soft in a firm way - if that makes any sense!) and rolls long and true. Durability is quite good so price is not so much an issue. Best all round ball I have played - many advantages and no real weaknesses.

Very long, but hot. Strata Tour ultimate has more spin. I shoot at all pins, so I rely on my chipping and putting to save par when I miss SHORT-SIDE. This ball is not for the pin hunter. If you miss the green It's hard to spin this ball on the chip and Pitch. I shot seven shots over my handicap. This ball is good, GREAT!(off the tee). Can mess up your short game. Remember! THE Pros hit seventy percent of the greens. YOU DO NOT!!

Definitely the balle I'll be playing this year. I played it yesterday and it added at leat 10-15 yards to my drive. It's so much easier hitting a 7-iron in than a 5-iron. Of course my chipping was off, but there is no way I'm switching balls anytime in the near future.
